Absolutely loved our stay. The hotel was amazing—spotlessly clean with a warm, welcoming vibe from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely couldn’t do enough for you, always going the extra mile with a smile. Our room was very spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of storage and a calm, modern feel. The beds were super comfortable, with quality linens and pillows, and I can honestly say I’ve never had such an amazing night’s sleep. If you’re looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing stay, this place is a standout. We’ll definitely be back.

What a five star hotel stay this was! Super comfy bed, rooms were incredible, staff were super helpful and polite, delicious food and drinks. Charging ports for electric cars and parking. We checked in early without a fee and they had a room available so upgraded us! Beautiful hotel absolutely stunning! We will definitely be back here again!

Subject: Formal Complaint: Unacceptable Early Morning Noise Disruption – Rooms 103–105 30.06.2026 Dear Titanic Hotel Liverpool Management Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable noise disruption during my recent stay at your hotel on 30.06.26 I was staying in Room 103 and 105 under booking reference At 06:40 AM, I was abruptly woken up by the loud sounds of workmen drilling and banging within the property. This persistent noise completely disrupted my sleep and ruined what was expected to be a relaxing stay at a four-star hotel.06:40 AM is an entirely unreasonable hour for any guest to endure construction or maintenance noise, let alone without any prior warning or apology from the hotel staff. A quiet, comfortable night's sleep is the most fundamental service a hotel provides, and the Titanic Hotel failed to deliver that on this occasion. Due to this severe lack of consideration for paying guests, I request that you investigate this matter immediately. I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to this matter. Yours sincerely shane evans

The hotel itself was iconic - it felt really special. Reception staff were great. Taxi was easy to call. Spa stunning. Terrace on the water was picturesque and room (superior double) was spacious. In the right room, you could have a good stay. We arrived Friday night so we could have a good sleep for an activity packed Saturday. Unfortunately we were put in the room directly above a wedding which finished at midnight. We were told we should never have been given that room. It was also in the heatwave and the air con machine just couldn’t handle the room size so we also spent the night sweltering. There were also crisps strewn on the floor and sides which housekeeping cleaned up for us when we asked. Service at the restaurant was ok - slow. We had to ask them to clear our plates and bring a desert menu and our first glass of champagne was flat, but quickly replaced when we pointed it out. I also left my work mobile behind but it’s now been 5 days of me asking, submitting my request to the automated email, calling etc - still no confirmation either way if they found it. A final point to be aware of - if you’re going out late, eat before you get back. They only do room service sandwiches after a certain time (I think 11) that you have to eat in your room (for £13 incl tray service!) and they won’t allow you to take delivery of food at the hotel. As there aren’t any facilities walking distance to the hotel, it’s either the £13 sandwich in your room or nothing.

Let me just start by saying, this room was amazing! I booked just a normal room with a view of the river. It was basically a studio apartment! The bathroom was so big too! We had almost too much space. Definitely a great place if you are going to have a longer stay. Check in and check out we’re okay. Both ladies were very quiet talkers. We dined in the restaurant. The food was good but the service was absolutely awful. We were sat right away then waited about 20 minutes to be greeted. They were not busy and it seemed like we were an inconvenience. Multiple servers walked by our table with out even looking our way. Finally someone came over. I ordered a bottle of wine, they were out of stock. Not a problem, always have a back up. I honestly think it was his first time opening a bottle table side. Food took a while but was very well prepared. We did sit outside earlier in the evening on the patio and food and drinks were great there. Hotel is kind of far away from the downtown area so be prepared to uber or take a cab. We walked and it was about 30 min. Which was fine for us. Overall I would definitely stay here again just because of the room but would find other dinning options.

Overall a wonderful stay with lots of lovely touches for our anniversary. Would love to give 5* but a few things held it back including not being able to order a drink to our room, spa team weren’t informative, outside bar was untidy and I never got my omelette requested at breakfast. Having said that - a lot of these I assume are one offs, would stay again.

The parking on site is awful and the over spill car park is even more inconvenient and the walk to the hotel reception is treacherous if your wife is wearing heels. The maya blue spa is a waste of time, you will get an email to contact them I contacted them several times over a week not once was a call answered and left messages to call me back and to my surprise nobody called back this was for my wife’s birthday and she loves a spa. The receptionist when we arrived just directed us to the maya blue reception in the basement and when we went there to our surprise there was 2 women at the reception desk next to the phone at a time I had called previous really poor just showed incompetence and unprofessional behaviour, I then persisted to ask could we use the spa to which they responded they are fully booked and next availability was the following afternoon but we would be checked out and on our way home at that point. Overall this ruined the whole stay and my wife’s birthday, room was lovely but that was about it.
