Stayed for a family event. The kids loved the swimming pool and the ability to interact with animals like rabbits, birds, turtles, and snakes. The food was also varied. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Novus Giri Resort & Spa in the Premier Garden Room. The room was spacious, modern, clean, and smelled great. The amenities were complete, and everything was well maintained. The warm pool was a big hit with the kids, and there were fun activities to keep them entertained. The food was delicious, and even our toddler enjoyed every meal. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. One night definitely wasn’t enough! The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would love to come back again.

Friendly security, who directed us to parking. The receptionist was friendly and helpful with check-in. The hotel grounds were clean, as were the rooms. The location is also good, being on the side of the road, so it's easy to get out. The afternoon and evening were still cool and foggy.

The hotel staff is friendly, professional, the hotel atmosphere is very homey, the rooms are clean and smell good, the view from the balcony of the room is really cool and makes you feel at home, there are lots of snacks up and down the hotel, even at the hotel, if you're having fun, you can order dim sum, instant noodles and so on, as well as various drinks , in the morning you can walk to the Cibodas Botanical Gardens while exercising because it's that close & it won't be boring because the surrounding views are really pleasing to the eye, basically I will come back to stay there again if I go to Cibodas, thank you Mon Bell hotel, thank you Traveloka.

As for the views, whether mountain or garden, they're all equally beautiful. The service is very friendly, from the receptionist to the person who escorted you to your room. Asking for hot water for tea was also very quick. Next time, I'll try one with a mountain view. For that price, it's really cheap, and using the app you can get breakfast too.
