The hotel is clean and spacious. The gym is opened 24 hours but you need to get the reception to open the room. They have self washing machine together with the dryer which is very convenience. Reception and staff is very friendly and helpful. Just a little bit slow with the wi-fi. Overall the hotel has extended a great service and great value of money, will definitely come back next time.

From the first time my foot step the Santika Pandegiling I feel the warm welcome from the staff. The receptionist voice intonation was so perfect so that make me feel like I am welcoming by them, if I am not mistaken her name was Ellen. Then again I enter room and I was surprise when I saw a welcome cake and welcome letter with my name mentioned in the table, small touch but meaningful. The breakfast was so delicious. Everything was so amazing here. For sure I will be coming back here

Quds Royal Hotel
I booked a 5-night stay because the listing mentioned there was a bathtub, which was one of the main reasons I chose this place. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found out there was no bathtub at all. This was quite disappointing and felt misleading. Please update the listing to reflect the actual facilities so future guests won’t be misled.

TV not working. Cleanliness need to be improved. Dusty. Dirty water come from the tap. Shower not working because it's leaking. Unfriendly woman staff and no smile and her eyes always suspicious. No say thank you too while we check out.
