Spacious and well-equipped. All the staff are friendly and informative. The layout is excellent. The facilities are very complete, making it perfect for a family vacation, especially with small children. It's also close to the bus stop. A pleasant experience.

My kids love this hotel because it has a bathtub. It's a luxurious hotel but at a great price, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I've stayed here several times, and if there's a problem with the room, I report it to the staff, and they quickly respond, and if they can't, they can move rooms. 👍🏻👍🏻

Our stay was truly unforgettable. We came to relive our honeymoon, and the hotel made it even more special with beautiful honeymoon decorations and such warm hospitality. They also surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade to a larger and more beautiful room than the one we originally booked. Everything was perfect, from the service to the atmosphere, and we were genuinely impressed and happy throughout our stay. Great price, relatively central location, spacious rooms. L5 lobby is spacious and welcoming. Breakfast has decent variety, Indonesian selections are tasty. Service-wise is polite, albeit a little slow in terms of trolley and delivering items to room. Would definitely recommend for staying nearby Bundaran HI and South Jakarta!

The hotel is highly recommended for those who want to go to the old city, access to the old city tour is easy and there is a shuttle too. The hotel atmosphere is comfortable & clean, the receptionist is friendly and helpful especially with Ms. Tina, helped to be able to check in early and upgrade the room.. Overall very satisfied and will come back here if traveling to the old city

The room was clean, comfortable, and smelled great for 125,000 Rupiah per night. If there were any issues, just tell the staff and they'll take care of them quickly. The staff was also very friendly.
