2nd time staying in this hotel! Please give my gratitude to Ichsan, Nadia, Joshua, and one other room service staff who handled my second order (I didn't catch his name). The bathtub in the Bulgari suite was big!! I'm tall and I can comfortably stretch out my legs! The food I ordered tastes good.

The room was comfortable, clean, and included breakfast for a very affordable price. Easy access and plenty of eateries nearby. Parking is spacious and secure. Definitely recommended 👍

The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant staff on the 10th floor was especially helpful during breakfast. I happened to get a room upgrade at no additional cost. The room was much more spacious, upgrading from a Deluxe to a Studio. I could also add an extra bed, making it feel like I had two rooms, as the living room could accommodate an extra bed. It was perfect since I was staying with my family. The food was also varied and delicious.
