This hotel is really cool. Birthday cake and decorations are free for kids. The service is truly excellent, not calculating, and genuinely serving guests' wishes.

The hotel is new and very clean! The lobby smells great and there's a coffee shop in the same building. The room is very spacious! I really like the work desk arrangement, it's very comfortable! The surrounding area is also quiet. Close to The Breeze, just cross the street and the mall! I had a pleasant stay! Thank you!

i'm about to write a long review to beat those mean reviews 🫶 it's not a minimalist hotel like many of the ones out there now. this hotel has a very old fashioned vibe. marble floors, gold curtain choices, and big chairs from the 90s. even so, it's obvious that all the details were chosen well in the past. comfortable mattress, furniture, and even the ceiling height. we slept soundly, not disturbed by the sound of vehicles at all. AC works just fine✅️ hot water works as well✅️ hair dryer ✅️ water heater ✅️ refrigerator doesn't exist (in case you need it) breakfast is simple but more than enough. we got a price of 700 thousand for one night in a family room with breakfast (actually for 3 people, but they didn't charge for my daughter, so it counts as 4 people). worth every penny. the staff is friendly and genuine, we can feel their passion, especially the manager. we checked in around 7 pm, and left around 12 pm the next day. hope this hotel can survive for a long time 🫶 definitely will go back.

The hotel staff was friendly. I arrived earlier than check-in, but they still served me and let me wait in the restaurant for a welcome drink while my room was prepared. I even managed an early check-in an hour early, and the room was clean. The close access to the airport makes it a more comfortable alternative for a layover during transit.

This is the first time my family and I have stayed at this Great Western Resort Hotel. Alhamdulillah, the hotel is comfortable, the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and the location is strategic, my family and I can go around the city of Tangerang for culinary delights. And especially my child he was very happy and at home at the Great Western Resort Hotel until he refused to go home, my child was happy when swimming in the morning with cool and clean air, even now every weekend request to stay at GWR again, and I promise next month I invited to stay there again, because the child's happiness is number 1. Choose a king-size bed, which includes a sofa and a desk. The room is very spacious for this price, perfect for a staycation with kids. The staff is also friendly, and when I asked to go back to the room to check for a lost wallet, they were very helpful.
