The hotel staff is friendly, and there are plenty of games specifically for children. The food is delicious. The only downside was that the AC in my room wasn't cold enough, even though the temperature was 16°C. Otherwise, it was great. I recommend this hotel for those looking for accommodation specifically for children. It's a great place to stay, with plenty of games and even a coloring session for kids.

What a delightful experience, staying on a Saturday and Sunday. On Sunday, there was a cooking class for the kids. My son was delighted.

I've been here many times, it's perfect for bringing kids, the pool is spacious, the garden is spacious, it's not too cold, but overall it's very satisfying.

The intention was to play Go-Luge because I was tired, so I finally booked a room at Hotel Taman Teratai. The location is also very close to Go-Luge, just a 2-minute walk and you're there 🫶🏻. The experience of staying at this hotel was very satisfying, the service was friendly, the room was clean, the water heater worked well, the food was delicious and really worth it. The swimming pool was clean, the garden was neatly arranged, it was beautiful, lots of spots for photos and there was a playground too. Next time I go on holiday to Puncak, I will stay here again. even though it's only 1 day here, it feels comfortable, cool air, air-conditioned rooms, clean, complete amenities, clean swimming pool, great for a short escape.. I'll definitely come back here again sometime 💖

This hotel is definitely worth it, costing around a few hundred thousand rupiah, but with quite comprehensive facilities. There are two pools (indoor and outdoor), a mini playground, a garden, and a rooftop. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, spacious, and have balconies. Access to the hotel is very secure, great!

The hotel is very easy to access, as it's right on the main road. We arrived late at night, and the staff were very helpful, kindly helping us carry our luggage. Parking is also located in front of our room. Recommended for those looking for a hotel right on the main road.

The hotel staff was very friendly upon check-in. We arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m. and were able to check in early because a room was available. The bedroom was clean, the bathroom was clean, the pool was clean, and the river was also clean and cool. The kids had a great time playing in the river.

A pleasant and comfortable place to find peace with my beloved family. A unique atmosphere where you sleep among teak trees. Will be back again someday for sure!!
