Love everything this hotel serves, the staff were very friendly and helpful, you can ask them anything even just for food recommendations. Love it!

Twin Hollywood rooms are a good size for this kind of hotel in Japan. Comfortable beds, all the facilities you'd expect. Clean and tidy. Lovely staff. Breakfast buffet has a good selection of items.

The friendliest staff during my stay in 4 different hotels in Japan. The lady at the reception kindly carried our big suitcases to the room. First time in Japan because previous hotels were not so... they even ordered a taxi and took care of our suitcases with the taxi driver when we checked out and moved to the next hotel, the most comfortable and big room during my time in Japan. And don't get me wrong, this hotel is not walking distance to Universal Studio Japan but it is right across the train station which is only 1 stop to USJ. 👍🏻, God willing will stay here if I go to USJ again

The place was very nice, clean, and spacious. Also nearby with the station. Really enjoyed the experience to stay here with my family & friends. Definitely will be back when we go to Osaka next time.

A very convenient hotel, convenient to the Shinkansen station without any hassle. We were very pleased with the service, including a large room with a view of Osaka. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

Excellent service and English by the receptionist team. Housekeeping keeps providing us daily fresh clean towels, and the location is the best!! Walking distance to kombini. Our hotel building below us is a metro station, very convenient. Next to the hotel is Aeon Eats 24/7. Best best best! The room is also spacious. Real walking distance to everything.

The hotel is an impressive, petite, traditional European-style. It was built during the modern age, and we enjoyed the neat traditional room with an updated bathroom. It holds very good value with a walkable distance from downtown. We highly recommend it.

The staff was very helpful as we checked in so late at around 10 p.m. The hotel location is great, very near to the Universal City station and just 5 minutes' walk to Universal Studios.

Highly recommended stay at Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka! The location is very convenient, with direct access and close proximity to the station, making it easy to travel around Osaka. It’s also within walking distance to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi for shopping, food, and sightseeing. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. Perfect for both first-time visitors and anyone looking for a hassle-free stay in Osaka. Would definitely stay here again 😊
