I stayed at Pan Pacific Orchard and had a great experience. The hotel design is stunning and very unique, with lots of greenery that makes the atmosphere feel relaxing and luxurious. The room was comfortable and well designed, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Overall it was a memorable stay and I would happily return.

The Pan Pacific Orchard has always been my go-to hotel whenever I visit Singapore—I never stay anywhere else. The location is close to Orchard Road but pleasantly quiet. The service is excellent, everything is impressive, and the architecture speaks for itself. The swimming pool is unique—definitely an amazing place overall.

Beautiful hotel, impeccable service from check-in to check-out and in between. There’s a nice gym on site, filtered water and N’espresso machine in each room, and an outstanding breakfast buffet. My favorite was the large balcony attached to each room. The pool is lovely, but I didn’t use it as it was quite busy. This was my second stay, and I highly recommend it. It’s in walking distance to Orchard Rd.

Excellent service staff, from concierge, counter, club lounge to the team in Mosella! Warm and very helpful. Assist me to retrieve an item that I accidentally left in the room. Very pleasant experience. However, the Samsung TV was an ?old version and a disappointment. No Netflix; cant cast YouTube as well. Adjacent wall sockets has type A ports, but no type C. Also, it would have been much better if the 2-piece balcony blinds could be operated separately. It's kind of awkward to be able to see the neighbouring guest in the balcony (lowering this blind will provide the privacy needed), and yet be able to soak in the city view - which unfortunately gets lowered together with the 'privacy' blind.

Gorgeous hotel and very friendly hotel staff. They did their best to accommodate our requests. The location was great (near Orchard Road shopping) and the hotel's facilities were fantastic! Loved the open air dining and food was good. Just know that while the WiFi worked well, there is no business center/facility for printing. Also, we were told there was a happy hour but it had actually been discontinued weeks earlier. So maybe best to double check the amenities of the hotel when checking in.

From the soaring tree-like buttress that holds up one corner of the open concept second floor to the sweeping water features that shimmer and reflect the excuisite beauty of the mirrored sky-high ceiling . But the jewel in the crown of this hotel is their staff who were friendly, ,gracious and so very helpful . Five stars ! Bravo !

This was a nice hotel but not quite five star. Well located for shopping. Staff were friendly. North American and European business guests should be aware there is no dedicated business center. So if you are staying with your partner you will need to leave the room to do business in those time zones. There is an outdoor table at the lobby to work from but no privacy. Wifi supports videoconference calls. Also no cream for coffee at breakfast but lattes are available (it was explained to me that cream with coffee is not a cultural tradition so fair enough). Brought these points up with manager who called and was empathic if not a little lost for words. After all, who would design a new hotel of this architectural calibre without a small space for a 24 hour business center? Room is nicely appointed. Water in showers fluctuates hot and cold and then maintains temperature. This happened on one day out of three, so you may have better luck. Beware of the first floor parkade access to Orchard Road. It is convenient, but the smell of rotten garbage once you exit to the Parkade is so overwhelming that we had to hold our breath as we walked to the road. You may want to stick to Claymore road next to the main entrance and simply walk down the sidewalk to avoid this.
