I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The property is modern, comfortable, and located in a great area with plenty of shops and shopping malls nearby. However, it is quite far from the main tourist attractions, such as Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace, which are about a 25-minute drive away.
I only stayed for one night. The only thing I didn’t like about the room was that the lighting was a bit too dim for my preference. I also wasn’t a fan of the bathroom layout, as the shower area is separate from the main bathroom. That said, these are simply personal preferences and did not take away from my overall positive experience. I would still recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean. The surrounding areas were not as clean. The patio next to the gym was dirty. Breakfast was great! There is a lot of meandering people in the front in the early morning or late at night because of the nightclub in front of the hotel. Check-in lines are looong waits, and trying to talk to someone on the phone was very challenging. I was on hold for 30 minutes at least at 2 different times and was unable to connect with someone. I would say it was an overall 3 out of 5 for service.

Front desk staff do not know how to manage check ins and often was an extensive long wait to check in and the rooms broken air conditioning and refrigerater not working. Was switched to a different room which all did work but there many complaints about the same issues. Convenient location. Can walk everywhere easily. Good breakfast.

Do not book here the staff is rude and not helpful. If your wanting to try to check in even a minute early they will not allow you to you have to wait till 3pm on the dot. They gave us a hard time when my two year was not in the reservation even with us already having two rooms booked. They will talk about you in Spanish and believe they don’t understand but they mistaken to know I did know what they were saying . The manager was no where to be found too them 45 min to find her. Once we finally got room the room smelled terrible! Like a sewage smell. I do not recommend this hotel to any one I will not be returning.

Check-in experience was not that great, and we finally got our room and the A/C was bad. Had to change room. I’m a Hilton Diamond, so got upgraded to a suite, which are fine, but their A/C is very weak. We slept in a king bedroom one night and A/C was fine. Suites are bad. Would not recommend this Hilton hotel.
Staff is generally nice, but certain exployees at the reception have an attitude.

Found that when I went to the bar I had to prompt staff to serve me.
Better than my last visit but lift went out of use on Saturday.
Swimming pool was great.
Staff overall were good.

Disappointed that the lift didn't stop at floor two on numerous occasions. One lift out of use all week I was there.

Hotel check in took a while as there was a lot of forms to fill out for each person forbthe police. Breakfast was amazing. The lifts to the first floor always took forever and the stairs are locked so couldn't be accessed going up. Our bathroom was the disabled one and the water didnt flow to the drain but everywhere!
