Hard Rock Hotel Madrid was absolutely outstanding — our room was pristine, spacious, and stylishly appointed, offering every possible comfort. The check‑in was swift and seamless, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly; even with a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, they courteously messaged us to ask when it would be convenient to come in for cleaning and to change towels and linens. The pool area is superb, very well maintained and relaxing; the only downside was the insufficient number of sunbeds — many were reserved but left unused, or the guests only showed up around 2–4 PM, which was frustrating and inconvenient.

Wonderful visit to the Hard Rock Madrid! Arrived for the BTS concert and alerted the staff before hand that we are to attend the concert. We arrived to customised mirror decor and a note alongside some brownies - all complimentary which made the whole trip! We also visited the fabulous rooftop bar which was reasonably priced as well as the pool which also had some yummy milkshakes and smoothies with great service! Wonderful attention to detail and such a memorable trip. Will definitely come back to this hotel! Thank you for the memories and service! :]

The hotel was lovely and modern, well maintained, spotlessly clean and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The location suited us really well with central Madrid being within walking distance and a Metro station close by. We felt our room was a bit on the small side for a superior room and found the washhand basin being outwith the toilet somewhat unusual. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, but be warned, drinks at the bar are expensive - a Hendricks gin and Sprite cost us €16.00.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The food was not good, and the Caesar salad was inedible. The TV in our room did not work, and despite the front desk staff’s efforts, they were unable to fix it. I do want to mention that the front desk employees were very friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Our room overlooked the lobby, and the noise level was excessive. Between the loud music from the rooftop and guests shouting in the lobby late into the night, it was very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Another major design flaw was the bathroom layout. The sink was located outside the bathroom, directly across from the bed. After using the toilet, you had to leave the bathroom to wash your hands, which was inconvenient and not very sanitary. The other disappointment was the service at the bar. While the front desk staff was excellent, the waitstaff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which detracted from the overall experience. We will not be back.
