The hotel is not well maintained, dirty and looks old. The breakfast also is not enough. They did not topup the food. Not much variety of food. I had to pay for 15rm for extra breakfast for kids but end up no food at the dining hall. Very unsatisfying. The theme park is the best part that I can say. Overall is just satisfying only need to improved on the hotel condition and the food.

hotel staff very disappointing and unhelpful upon check in. Deposit payments require cash, whereas EDC machines are not available. no elevator available so use the stairs to the 3rd floor.

Bathroom not maintain well, dirty. No tv remote control. No astro. Aircond remote control not funtion. Not recommend to family vacation.

The room so comfortable, the customer service also very polite and nice. It’s just that maybe during that time there’s no water supply at TPG so a lot of people stay here and it’s quite noise. Not the baby but the eldest customers that didn’t even respect others customers. They shut the door like bam

Last minute booking and only this hotel still have deluxe triple room. Located at city center and very noisy. You can hear the engine sound all the night. Deposit required upon check in. Receptionist will give towels and soap during check in. No toilet paper provided. There are Mold in the room. Dirty Aircon. No drinking water in the room, you need to take from water dispenser machine at receptionist counter there and it will close after 10pm. Not recommend for wheelchair users.
