I love it so much during our stay because the room is clean, the staff is friendly.

My room was fine. The only problem was that the minibar fridge suddenly broke down and was infested with ants. My rollcake was thrown away due to the smell and ants. The engineering request took a long time to arrive, so it was replaced the next day after repeated requests. Many of the towels were bad, smelled of cigarettes, had holes, and were already thin. The pillows also felt like they needed replacing. However, in our group, the sales staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Ten rooms checked in, requesting non-smoking rooms on the same floor, but were given the smoking floor, even though they were all children because the group checked in on behalf of a school. They were also replaced after a furious outburst the next day with rooms that weren't on the same floor. A complaint on Google Reviews was only answered by the FO team. That's not really an answer. Check-in is the deciding moment. It's been a long and tiring journey. Sales staff Nayda and Rika need retraining. Your answers seem to lack the polish of marketing sweet talk. A friend's room had a leak from the ceiling, so one school bag and shoes were soaked. I won't be returning. An 11-year-old hotel needs extensive maintenance, but it's evident that it hasn't been done. If you're not ready for 100% occupancy, don't sell all the rooms. The housekeeping team was thrown around at 3:30 p.m., and the rooms weren't ready to be cleaned. Clearly, you need a refinish. However, when a child fell and had a nosebleed in the pool area, the team responded quickly and effectively. Well done, pool team.

Strategic location, the hotel is integrated with a mall, so it's really easy to get to the mall.
