The check-in process was easy and the staff were very informative about hotel activities and the price of breakfast vouchers, which can be cheaper if purchased at the reception rather than directly at the restaurant. Those who bring additional people for breakfast, which is only for two people, are definitely welcome to take this option. The room was clean and the AC was super cold. No complaints about the room. It was really good. Access to Margocity Mall was also convenient and easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you want to escape from home in Depok and change the atmosphere again, definitely go to Margo Hotel. Great job, you guys, and thanks for an amazing stay experience.

This time, I was a bit disappointed because: 1. When I asked for help because I couldn't log in to my Netflix account, they said someone would help, but no one showed up until I checked out. 2. When I asked for parking, they said it was free because I'd provided my license plate at check-in, but when I checked out, I was actually charged Rp 70,000.

For those who are looking for a better vacation, it's considered an expensive one... hee. The app price is 1.1 million rupiah. Two days of swimming, two days of shopping, and a free 30-minute Timezone ticket. The playground isn't very well-equipped for those bringing children, just pillows and dolls. A slide and balls would be more kid-friendly.

Everything was great, but one thing really disappointed me. I booked a room for my in-laws' birthday and asked for a surprise cake (I'd already written a special request in the app and spoken directly with receptionist Ari), and they agreed. But by the time I checked out, the cake wasn't there. If I'd known that, I would have ordered a cake from outside the hotel 😭

Everything was fine, but the only thing you need to be careful about is the basement parking. When I wanted to leave at dawn, the parking lot was pitch black and there were no signs.

The hotel was very clean, bright, and comfortable. However, if you book through the app, you can't check in right away. You have to check in the next afternoon, even though I wanted to check in at 2 a.m. to watch football.
