The stay was great, and the staff were very friendly. However, it would be great if the playroom near the lobby could be upgraded. Adding slides, books, and toys would make the hotel more kid-friendly. Also, the air conditioner in the playroom was not working when I went there, and it was very hot. My kids didn’t even want to stay in the playroom for a minute.

The hotel is very comfortable for a family staycation. Access is very easy, and it's adjacent to MargoCity. The food in the restaurant is also delicious. Five stars to the hotel staff, who were very helpful. I had a problem with the door because I had booked a connecting room, so I ended up being moved to a room with the best view.
