First time here, nice and comfortable place. Clean room, friendly staff. Food was also delicious. The hotel is next to a mall, so after checking out, we went straight to the mall. Hehe. I might come back here again next time.

This was my first stay here, and overall it was okay, but there was just one thing I wasn't comfortable with. All the staff were very friendly, but there was only one person I didn't know who he was or what his position was. I just asked where I could leave my things, but he gave a curt (more like pretentious) answer. I don't know his name, but he was a gentleman (around 50 maybe) who stood at the door, possibly a security guard, a bellboy, a concierge, or perhaps a front office manager. It's a shame that this hotel is already excellent, the best hotel in Depok, but it has to receive a bad review because of one employee like that. No offense, and I hope my criticism is constructive. Thanks.

Overall, The Margo Hotel is good, in terms of location, comfort, and the pool is also really cool, the large infinity pool. However, feedback is that the parking system needs to be improved because the officer entered the wrong parking date, so I was asked to return to the reception even though I had already checked out and wanted to park but was late. So I chose to pay myself. In the future, it should be automatically integrated with the check-in and check-out dates. Don't make it difficult for customers to check out, this is a 4-star hotel, this kind of thing shouldn't arise as a problem. Customer comfort should be number 1. Thank you
