Hotels in Temerloh

Kuala Semantan was renamed to Temerloh in 1 July 1889. Before the British colonization, Temerloh was governed by several headvillagers (Village level) and Orang Besar (dignitaries) under the Pahang's administration of the "Orang Besar System". The Temerloh's people (then) were mainly Malay and Orang Asli, however there were also small groups of Chinese and Arabs there.

By Plane

From Kuala Lumpur, either through KLIA2 or Subang Airport, take a flight to Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Airport, Kuantan Pahang.

By Bus

From Integrated Bus Terminal (TBS), take a bus straight to Temerloh.

Teluk Cempedak Beach

Teluk Cempedak beach is situated in Kuantan, Pahang. It is famous for the tranquil and peaceful ambience of the beach. The white sandy beach and the beautiful casuarinas and pine trees line the coast, with some rocky promontories facing the incessant waves of the South China Sea make Teluk Cempedak famous among people in Pahang. There are many restaurants in Temerloh provide this dish. Yet, the most popular one is the restaurant sited by the Temerloh River. During public or school holidays, the area is very crowded during lunch hour and we can see the cars are mostly from other states of Peninsular Malaysia.
