Krystal Ixtapa All Inclusive

We had a horrible experience at this location. One of the members of out party had a slip and fall accident. The pain from the accident at the time of the incident was so severe she fainted. Fortunately shortly after she regained consciousness and was feeling well enough to walk around a bit and get some fresh air. Unfortunately blunt force impacts at times linger and bruising can at times take time to develop. We had a short weekend stay and while there was some pain close to check out the pain intensified as the bruising came in and the bruising grew larger. I reached out to the hotel shortly after our flight and settling in back home. They took a while to reply then they attempted to call me and had horrible connection that kept dropping the call. Then they just sent a message stating they were having phone trouble and would reach out. They never did. Then i reached out again only to receive a long winded to bad so sad email response claiming 0 responsibility! They sated that because she didn't need elevated medical attention at that time and because we didn't bring it up before check out that released them from any liability or need to indemnify the affected party in any way. Mind you they knew she fell they knew she fainted but it was up to us the guest to check in with them for follow up as to how she was feeling I'm sorry but at a place worth staying it would have been the other way around. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I was normal like anywhere

Las instalaciones estaban muy bien cuidadas, las habitaciones muy limpias, pero sobre todo la atención del personal sin duda alguna fue la mejor.

This property specifies that has a pool bar but they don't. Bar opens until 10 am and only one so the wait is very long. No mini bar in the room and weather very hot where a drink is a need

Excellent beach view. The bath and pool towels were very old.l had a terrible experience because a termite infestation suddenly appeared in my room and I had to be moved. The lock on the terrace window didn't work.

Very friendly staff.

Everything was great. They just need to fix the elevators and clean the restaurants from the ceiling. The pool , the bars the night events all 100% joyful

Great view from room. Lunch at beach was good. Breakfast was ok. Not a fan of dinner food. Staff was awesome. Pool and beach great. Not really much in way of activities staff at pool. I really liked the place, but just know to plan on eating dinner out for me anyway.

Todo estuvo bien, solo las amenidades del baño no había, el jabón de cuerpo líquido y el acondicionador no salía, la comida rica pero poca variedad, lo demás muy bien

Love Ixtapa beach, stayed at this resort, the room view (king suite ocean front) was spectacular for sunsets on the lanai, the room was dated, no minibar, or robe & slippers. The food was not good, staff seemed put out to seat you and selection was poor. Some drinks were okay but no evening lobby bar to enjoy after suppers, just plastic cups from the one pool bar. If you are looking for any luxury this is not the resort to go to. Sandscapes and Barcelo were definitely better food and drink resorts… Happy traveling, live and learn.

Nice facility with great ocean view from our room. Breakfast buffet was delicious, Make sure to try the omelette bar.

Treated very well by all the staff at Krystal! Spent a full 2 weeks there and had a truly wonderful time! Kudo's to Rafael, Selene, (Both Concierges) and Jaime in the Buffet restaurant. everyday a smile and Spanish lessons with our coffee! Location is second to none by the way in Ixtapa. Right on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!!! Steve and Colleen Lancaster

our housekeeper was great the room was always clean the staff was always polite and helpful. The biggest complaint was the elevators, they were the slowest elevators I have ever been on. an did not work most of the time the stairs were much quicker but not the most convenient.

Upon arriving to Ixtapa we were notified our luggage was left in Mexico City, not the hotels fault though. We arrived to a dirty room, the table was sticky and had not been cleaned. After after a horrible dinner, we went up to our room, the door lock would not let us in, someone was sent to look at it, after 40 mins in the hallway I wanted to speak to a manager, after telling him I was not impressed they changed us room, at 6 am my wife woke me up stating bugs where in the bed and she was bitten. we asked for a refund which we where given. I booked another hotel. Having stayed at Krystal Cancun and Krystal Los Cabo I chose Krystal Ixtapa as we had great experiences with this hotel before. I am extremely disappointed that the start of our trip was ruined to these experiences, sure they gave us a refund for 6 nights, not 7 as they still charged us to sleep with bugs. No offer of anything to make up for the poor experience we had, I felt the management could have handled this so much better, I expected more and now the Krystal has lost us as customers.

The service at the Kristal hotel was terrible, the security staff and employees were no professional. Supposadly all inclusive, there was almost no food for lunch and dinner, the room was dirty. The show was karioke, was done by the client. The hotel was so expensive only for sleep. The hotel kristal will never be used again. The hotel advertising is theft.

The room was amazing with the ocean view, we got a two beds that were comfortable enough I just think it lacked on the bedsheets too light for my comfort and the hot water kept getting cold but other than that it was a very nice hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back.
