Krystal Ixtapa All Inclusive

we didnt like the food.

Upon arriving to Ixtapa we were notified our luggage was left in Mexico City, not the hotels fault though. We arrived to a dirty room, the table was sticky and had not been cleaned. After after a horrible dinner, we went up to our room, the door lock would not let us in, someone was sent to look at it, after 40 mins in the hallway I wanted to speak to a manager, after telling him I was not impressed they changed us room, at 6 am my wife woke me up stating bugs where in the bed and she was bitten. we asked for a refund which we where given. I booked another hotel. Having stayed at Krystal Cancun and Krystal Los Cabo I chose Krystal Ixtapa as we had great experiences with this hotel before. I am extremely disappointed that the start of our trip was ruined to these experiences, sure they gave us a refund for 6 nights, not 7 as they still charged us to sleep with bugs. No offer of anything to make up for the poor experience we had, I felt the management could have handled this so much better, I expected more and now the Krystal has lost us as customers.

The service at the Kristal hotel was terrible, the security staff and employees were no professional. Supposadly all inclusive, there was almost no food for lunch and dinner, the room was dirty. The show was karioke, was done by the client. The hotel was so expensive only for sleep. The hotel kristal will never be used again. The hotel advertising is theft.

En lo personal, todo estuvo excelente.

The room was amazing with the ocean view, we got a two beds that were comfortable enough I just think it lacked on the bedsheets too light for my comfort and the hot water kept getting cold but other than that it was a very nice hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back.

The staff and management were helpful to o address any issues.

Las habitaciones están un poco antiguas les falta que cambien los sanitarios ya que son viejos y no funcionan bien el lavabo estaba tapado . En cuanto la atención del personal muy buena en todo el tiempo muy amables

El personal era amable y atento, el problema es con las instalaciones, se encontraban algo descuidadas y el principal problema del hotel son los elevadores. Nuestra habitación estaba en el quinto piso y no pudimos hacer uso del elevador en muchas ocasiones, incluso al momento de hacer checkout tuvimos que bajar el equipaje por las escaleras. Cada noche recibimos un comunicado que los elevadores estarían en reparación por la madrugada pero nunca funcionaron bien. La comida del buffet le faltaba mucha variedad y la del snack bar de la alberca sabía a comida vieja lo único rescatable en comida fue el restaurante mexicano

Great place for the price. Breathtaking views from the ocean view room. Lots of amenities and great food. Our favorite was the mexican restaurant for dinner and the cevicheria during the day, tacos in the evening. The bartender Lorenzo was super friendly and served us delicious drinks, he always made sure that they tasted exactly like we wanted. You can order drinks at the beach as well, they just down serve food (only downside for me). Plenty of umbrellas and chairs at the beach, the beach is super clean! No seagrass what so ever. The other thing I enjoyed was that they have nortenos that you can hire on the beach and a flying kite parachute . Very cool experience over all. If you want to buy soveneirs there is a small market off the strip nearby.

Nothing crazy there … No place on the pool .. food no good … It’s a 3 star max max max

La playa muy kinda, arena lumpia, los trabajadores del hotel siempre están atentos a tua necesidades. La vital mar y la cercania es lo mejor
