Great location, clean, quiet. Close to restaurants and shopping area. Variety of breakfast options. We paid 40 lei for car parking, it would be nice yo have parking included. Over all we recommend

Great hotel in an excellent location, just a 2 minute walk from the 100 bus stop (to/from Otopeni airport) restaurants and takeaways within easy walking distance. We had a suite which was huge with 2 bathrooms, lovely warm room despite the thick snow outside. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Only stayed one night but would definitely stay again. Value for money was excellent for a city centre hotel.

The metalic shower enclosure is all rusted and rusted water was leaking on the bathroom tiles. Furniture is dated and very tired. The mattress is a little more than a few bags of foam. I stayed on the top floor (6th floor) and it took 10 minutes to get any hot water in the morning. Expedia continues to list this hotel despite my objections, claiming to have forwarded my remarks and photos to the marketing group - very disappointing.

Hotel needs to be updated and a deep cleaning starting with the entry lobby. Staff is unfriendly and unwilling to accommodate any request from customers. I am surprised that Expedia is endorsing this hotel.

At 11 pm at night, the receptionist entered my room without my permission while I was in bed to retrieve another guests forgotten luggage. Unbelievable. He should have called and asked for permission first.
I should have reported him to his manager and police for illegal entry.

Breakfast was very limited compared to other hotels we have stayed in but that might be due to it not being a busy or big hotel.
The room was generally clean but the bath wasn’t so great with a reasonable amount of mould around it.
It’s not really got a bar as such. If you want a drink they just have bottles of beer that the person on reception will get for you. Thinking it had a proper bar was part of the draw to this hotel so it was a great disappointment.
The bed was very comfortable.

The first thing that hit me walking into the room. Was the overpowering smell of an antiseptic cleaner. Which means they don’t clean. They spray!
Also, the man at the reception was very unfriendly and rude. He wasn’t helpful at all. They need to send him to charm school or fire him.

This Hotel, is a little gem. It's easy to find, and is close to conscience store, metro, buses and taxis. Within easy walk to Old Town. The staff are friendly and helpful, English is fine (for those who may worry), the rooms are basic, but clean and reasonably spacious. The bathroom good size and clean.
The breakfast are basic, but plentiful. They cater all types whether you are diabetic, vegan or vegetarian.
This little gem is just that, a pleasant gem. And more so if you are only using it to sleep and keep ya things safe.
