Room is clean and has lots of space. Love that they provide drinks in the room such as coffee (nespresso) and tea,water and variety of soda and juices in the fridge… and its all included. Staff are super friendly. Excellent location, walking distance to taipei101 and just a few blocks away from the metro station. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the comfortable bed, pillows and comforter. However I was awakened by the noise on the other side of the wall and people
slamming their door at 3 AM.

Room was clean,the staff were great and a shout out to the lady at the bar at night.great job and works real hard.
The only thing was no air con at night.
Not sure if its not working but i like a cold room to sleep.overall i enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

Overall great property. Clean and updated room. Shower water temperature was broken but the hotel service fix the fixtures immediately. About the only complaints was that the small fridge provided was not very cold and not cold enough to store food.

Eclat's upscale whimsy jumps out at you from the moment you pull-up outside. The decor is sheik with a dose of the hilarious, which echos through the afternoon tea -- a free drink with any of several condiments (Doritos and popcorn on a floral plate with gold leaf, anyone?). Room were modern with fewer whimsical touches, but still some fun (an LED cycling through the rainbow).
If I had a critique, it would be that the breakfast buffet was rather predictable.

Convenient hotel near public transport and good restos…including Italian one in hotel. Staff really made it special-helpful, polite, good suggestions. The art spread through is interesting- quirky in a good way. Breakfasts are OK (not fantastic).

This is my second time staying at this hotel during my trip to Taiwan, and I’ve stayed here for around 7 nights. The hotel is located in a great environment, surrounded by excellent restaurants. The area feels more upscale. something you can sense from the residential buildings nearby. All the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I received good care from the team, especially after an unexpected accident. they were truly supportive throughout. The hotel amenities are also excellent, featuring products from Jo Loves with their signature scent.

Tired of bland hotel chains? This is the hotel for you. Loved the quirky features and location but most of all I was really impressed by the helpful and friendly staff who seemed happy to be there.
Only downside was that the breakfast wasn’t very exciting but there were plenty of food outlets around.
Would definitely stay again.
