A beautiful, boutique luxury hotel with cool, artistic vibe. Lots of attention to detail ensures that everything down to the bed sheets, and the room furnishing feel luxurious. The staff was fantastic. I stay at over 100 hotels each year, and this was such an outstanding experience that I will not forget. It’s a 3-minute walk to the MRT, and tons of cute cafes all around. Just stay here, you wont regret it.

The hotel has good artistic taste, convenient transportation, and the surroundings are quiet and safe. The room is comfortable and elegant, with modern amenities. It would be even better if there were two chairs in the room.

Nice boutique hotel, fantastic service. Convenient location. However, the shower seemed to attract mosquitoes possibly due to not draining/drying. I had to swat at least one per day, usually emerging when I turned on the shower faucet.

The highlights of the hotel is definitely the the high quality of the accommodations with the sleeping area and bathroom being excellent. Note there is no place to sit other than on the bed and a small desk chair. Negatives are the rather bland breakfast buffet and the lack of restaurants near the hotel.

The hotel front doors are very heavy and hard to open especially when guests arrives with luggage(s), plus there isn’t any staff to offer any assistance ( may be it’s a small hotel, there’s no bellman available).
The room was clean.
The shower was not working well as nice as it looks.
The front desk and the cafe (where served breakfast) staffs weren’t as friendly and polite as they should.
This is my third time stayed there, my impression is the spirit of the hotel staffs aren’t warmed as it used to be.

The location and condition of the property were great. In a great neighborhood, close to metro, sights and restaurants. But the service really set the hotel apart. Everyone, everyday provided the best service. They took the extra step graciously and with a smile.

這次入住這家標榜為4.5顆星的高級飯店，實在是一次非常失望的體驗。從進房開始，就能明顯感受到整體清潔與維護非常不到位：
- 一進門房間就有一股**潮濕的異味**，讓人感到非常不舒服。
- 枕頭套上有明顯污漬，一看就知道沒有認真更換或清洗，這對於一間號稱高級的飯店來說，完全無法接受。
- 床墊非常骯髒，拉開床單後發現內層有多處黃斑與污痕，讓人連躺下都覺得不安心。
- 躺在床墊上會發出很明顯的聲音，彈簧已經明顯損壞，整個床睡起來非常不舒服。
- 房間角落積滿灰塵，可見平時根本沒有做好基本的清潔維護。
- 浴室的設計也非常不合理，淋浴間竟然沒有門，只要一洗澡水就會流到外面整個地板都是水，極不方便。
- 更糟的是，淋浴區地面鋪的是木頭板，一沖水整個房間馬上充滿潮濕、發霉的味道，非常難聞。
- 入住與退房時櫃檯居然只有一個人員在值班，而且態度與處理方式都非常不專業，完全感受不到該有的服務品質。
這樣的入住品質，根本與它的星級完全不符。我真的非常遺憾選擇了這間飯店，也希望管理單位能正視這些問題，不要再讓其他旅客有同樣的不愉快經驗。
此外，窗邊的油漆斑駁，有明顯壁癌的痕跡，顯示長期缺乏維護，讓整體環境顯得更老舊、破敗。

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, close to Taipei 101, close to MRT Station. Free refreshments (water, tea, carbonated beverages). Convenient bedside access to room and bathroom lighting.
