I've been to many different apartments but this is the worst experience. As soon as I arrived, the phone number to check in couldn't be reached. I called traveloka many times for support. After nearly an hour, I got a room on the 3rd floor. Oh my god, it was behind me. I couldn't speak to anyone. The room was older than I imagined. There were too many cockroaches. With the price being higher than other apartments, I really advise everyone to be careful when booking.
