All staff are very nice. Always say hello, and ask if they can help. The receptionist also very nice, a Chinese guy with glasses (sorry, forgot the name), really helpful. Everything is nice and wonderful. Definitely will stay here again when I come back to KL. Also very convenient to go anywhere tourist spot. Just walking distance to Pavilion Mall.

The location is also very strategic—right in front of NU Sentral Mall and close to public transportation—making it a highly recommended stay for tourists. I had a wonderful stay at De King Hotel KLCC. The location is excellent—just steps away from the city center and very convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making check-in and check-out smooth. My Superior Twin Room was clean, comfortable, spacious enough for a crib, and quiet, which made naps easier. The hotel facilities were family-friendly, and the baby crib was free of charge. Overall, it felt safe and welcoming for families with young children, and we would recommend it to parents looking for a baby-friendly stay in Kuala Lumpur.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur to celebrate our anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Special thanks to Ms. May for her kindness and attentiveness — offering ginger tea and cookies when my wife wasn’t feeling well. Also, thank you to Mr. Sam for being so helpful during our stay, and to the chef at Gobo Chit Chat who thoughtfully surprised us with frozen rendang — such a heartfelt gesture. The room was clean, the view was amazing, and the anniversary room decoration was beautifully done. Highly recommended for anyone looking for warm hospitality and a memorable stay in KL!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The most impressive part was how incredibly spacious everything felt (we booked a quadruple room)—from the room itself to the common areas. There was plenty of space to relax, unpack comfortably, and move around without ever feeling cramped. Hotel is very near to the MRT, Central Market, Petaling Street, and other beautiful areas. The service was friendly. Staff are very welcoming and provided accurate information. We were allowed to check in early. When we checked out, we were able to leave our luggage while we continued exploring the surrounding area. Security guards are nice and helpful. The room was comfortable.

Thank you to Ms. Ariana, the front office staff who helped me check in. She gave me a free late check-out at 1 PM. The room was also very clean and cool. The bellboy/doorman was also very friendly. The housekeeping staff, Kay, who knows what, worked quickly, neatly, and cleanly. She ensured my room was perfectly clean. They even made the towels in the room into swan shapes (sorry, I lost the paper that asked you to write down your name and put it on the desk in the room, but I read your name was similar to mine, but I forgot your last name, brother. Please accept my apology). The room, lobby, and rooftop have been beautifully renovated. My last stay was in 2019, before Covid. I'll definitely be back. The price is reasonable, the service is good, and it's right in the heart of KL Sentral. It's easy to find food and transportation. And most importantly, the hotel's lighting is bright and there's no spooky or haunted feeling. I'm not someone who dares to sleep alone, but I couldn't help but sleep alone and soundly (the lights and TV were still on). :) Thank you to all the Easy Hotel staff.
