Check in staff was so helpful, upgraded our room & offered local recommendations for our stay. Our room was small but had fabulous water views over Cockle Bay & despite the construction outside it was quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay at IBIS Darling Harbour. Our room had a really nice view out to Darling Harbour and the city. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast down in the Restaurant was really good value for money and there were quite a few Gluten Free Options.

Hotel is well overdue an update. Worn out threadbare carpets in the hallways, and the room is a little dated. The hotel felt like an budget hotel which this is not supposed to be.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The view out the window was fantastic, especially at night. However, the shower base was very slippery. The reception staff were not friendly. There was also some confusion with the daily cleaning, and with the breakfast booking.
