I like friendly staffs.

シャワールームが狭く、身体を洗いにくかった。清掃は改善の余地があります（カーペットの埃、破損、湯沸かしポットなど）。

Very old and small room. Not comfortable felt like a school camp room. Definitely not worth the cost!

Room design is form 70's, small and not functional, not even one shelf or hanger in the bath, breakfast is overpriced as for number of options in vicinity, the only great feature of this hotel is a great location and reasonable room price. I don't think they will survive after loosing the view of the bay due to new construction in front of it.

There room needed up dating. Hotel looked a little tired. There was an argument from the people next door that went on for an hour. That made the stay not great.

Rooms and staff below standard

Overly loud air-conditioning/vent running all night made it difficult to sleep.

The staff were wonderful! The room was something to be improved upon. The platform under the shower was rotten so it was mushy under shower pan. The shower door did not have weather stripping, so it leaked all over the floor. The laundry line was missing but the hardware was still there. The room was tiny with very limited closet space & no drawers for clothes. The blinds were broken and the curtains were missing. Lots of mold, and not very clean (was able to wipe mold off shower walls & bathroom with wash cloth).

Our room was small but comfortable for our 2 day stay. Staff were really nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great.

Yes staff courteous, room and bathroom clean. Room was a little small. Breakfast very expensive if you don't eat the fat rubbish. (bacon,eggs etc) Cost me $29 for 4 Weet bix!

The breakfast menu was good consistent with free breakfast items. The hotel seems outdated as there were obvious wear and tear. I was disappointed that there was no in room safe to secure valuable documents such as passports or extra credit cards. Location was good. Light rail was within easy access. Hop on hop off bus nearby as well. Both within less than 5 minute walk.

Staff and reservation process was fine but this hotel is a in dire need of renovation, room didnt even have night stands! not worth the price at all! One step above hostel quality.
