思っていたような綺麗さはありませんでした。が、つたない英語でフロントに連絡すると、タオル等は直ぐに持って来てくれました。

ダーリングハーバーに近い。

I like friendly staffs.

シャワールームが狭く、身体を洗いにくかった。清掃は改善の余地があります（カーペットの埃、破損、湯沸かしポットなど）。

Room was not in a good condition. Old and worn out and in desperate need of upgrading

Hotel is well overdue an update. Worn out threadbare carpets in the hallways, and the room is a little dated. The hotel felt like an budget hotel which this is not supposed to be.

Staff were professional at front desk and very helpful. Bar staff were friendly and approachable.

Better earlier communication about construction and room price to reflect inconvenience of construction.

Check in staff was so helpful, upgraded our room & offered local recommendations for our stay. Our room was small but had fabulous water views over Cockle Bay & despite the construction outside it was quiet.

The hotel is in need of a deep cleaning and updating. The lobby has been recently updated and looks very nice and modern. However the rooms and hallways haven't. The carpet through out the room and hallways were VERY dirty. The bathroom tile and chalking was old and dirty as well. Breakfast wasn't working $30. The staff was very helpful and nice. The area was nice and had a lot to see and doing within walking distance. I wouldn't recommend until it has been updated.
