Neptune Resort

My friend and I stayed at the property during the Blues on Broadbeach festival. It was very well located (less than 10 mins walk) to the centre of Broadbeach. Pacific Fair even closer and the light rail across the road. We used the gym which was adequate for our needs, and noticed the cafe was very popular. We had a room on the ground floor while convenient, I found the curtains were not adequate to keep out the light from the walkways. On two mornings I was also woken by sweeping and some very loud talking outside the lift at 5.30am. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. I would recommend this property just ask for a higher floor.

Staff were awesome but the room felt very dated. Toilet stopped working after first night as the wall buttons would jam. Notified staff and it was fixed same day but issue kept reoccurring buttons also appeared to be dirty. Photos online did not represent the room provided. Room was on lower level and extremely noisy due to outdoor traffic. Whole place is carpeted and that was loose in some sections. Kitchen was clean. Good for last minute escape but would not stay again.

We were upgraded to the Penthouse - very nice. Staff were very helpful at checkin regarding our second car. Very good location in Broadbeach for access to the beach, restaurants, shopping and the music festival.

Really nice place to stay. Very handy to pacific fair and public transport and beavh. Staff very helpful would definitely stay at Neptune Resort again. 😊

Great location (Pacific Fair, Broadbeach and public transport), the resort public areas are immaculately maintained but most of all, Elaine and Brett were so helpful, cheerful and engaging all of the time - would not hesitate to stay here again.

The resort dor its age is good. The room is outdated. The A/C was not effective and tbe apartment needs an update

The room was very spacious and comfortable&relaxing.

Great location, a block away from the Broadbeach centre and beach. Not so much of a pool on site for swimming, just a small shallow kids pool. Rooms are newly refurbished spacious and clean. Staff are super friendly, they attend to your request immediately. Great stay, highly recommended.

Great location. Pool was lovely. Unfortunately our bed was quite hard you could feel the springs. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Room was great and roomy and renovated so it was very nice with great facilities …… the resort was excellent in terms of its facilities but the location was superb….. close to casino, restaurants and cafes and Pacific Fair Shopping centre!!!!
