Good location. Clean and tidy, got everything that you need. Highly recommend.

Overall is acceptable, Living room and dinning room is small. The toilet water flush is always not workable.

A great place to stay. We stayed in a quality apartment that had everything we needed. Great pool, spa, gym at resort. Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, trams and buses. Highly recommended.

Very conveniently located for beach, shopping and dining options. Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach, diagonally across from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and surrounded by food/ dining options, including Toms downstairs which was great for breakfast/ lunch and coffee. Staff friendly and helpful, free secure parking and the building itself felt safe, I would stay here again.

Handy to tram and buses which were directly across the road. Pacific Fair and Oasis shopping centres close by. Very noisy with traffic noise from the main road all day and night even with the windows shut. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Great location and excellent facility.Parking was so good with plenty of room.Room was clean, huge bed was very comfortable.Highly recommend.

The fan above the stove needs fixing as it barely sucks up the cooking smells . Twin beds pushed together doesn't make a queen especially if one bed is lower than the other

The apartment itself was very nice, clean, spacious & well appointed, the pool area very nice & the overall property well maintained, however the noise from the constant traffic, all around you, just meters from the apartment was unbearable. Balcony doors remained closed, and the balcony could not be enjoyed. Less than a relaxing experience. A certain staff member was not welcoming, understanding or friendly. Manager Brett was very nice & personable.

Such a great location- perfect for a long stay, close to Pacific Fair and Broadbeach South Tram Station. Clean and tidy apartment.

This property is good value for money, and within walking distance of the convention centre, Pacific Fair shopping centre, and lots of eateries/restaurants. The room had a well-equipped kitchen which made our stay a lot more comfortable. There is a small step into the bathroom (so watch your toes) Nice to NOT have a minibar. Would be happy to return to stay here again.

It was within walking distance to Pacific Fair and the Broadbeach Tavern where we had an excellent meal. Having Tom's Cafe on-site was handy too for breakfast. Would visit again. Very enjoyable!
