Neptune Resort

It was within walking distance to Pacific Fair and the Broadbeach Tavern where we had an excellent meal. Having Tom's Cafe on-site was handy too for breakfast. Would visit again. Very enjoyable!

This has to be one of the best places we've stayed at on the GC. The apartment was well appointed with absolutely everything you could possibly need, separate bedroom, livjng and dining area. Washing machine, dryer. Air conditioning and a lovely big balcony. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. The pool was private and lovely and warm with a hot tub. Really quiet rooms and we hardly saw anyone else around. I will be recommending this resort to everyone. Thank you for a relaxing and perfect stay.

Great place in a really good spot on the Gold Coast. Easy shopping, walking distance to the beach, on-site parking and a good shower / bath combo. Beds are good enough, not amazing but definitely not bad. I like this place and it’s a regular for me when I’m up this way for business. The spa and pool are definitely a nice touch although the timer on the spa bubbles gets a bit annoying because it is really short (like under 10 minutes!)

Location

We stayed in 2 different appartments. Nice and convenient place to stay if you are into the rush of the city. Shopping mall, public transport and the beach are right there. Place was clean, bed comfortable, staff nice. Perfect clean pool and jacuzzi. Kitchens with ok equipment. Disappointed with every morning vacuuming “alarms” at 5 am or earlier on the ground level. I have asked the receptionist if the cleaning could be performed later and they said they will try and ask them to do it later however I don’t think they did as nothing has changed. We stayed with a baby and this wasn’t ideal. Also the amount of complementary dishwashing tablets and laundry detergent considering the length of our stay wasn’t sufficient considering I was meant to take care of clean towels myself.

Comfy beds. Clean today older style apartments.

We arrived late after the front desk was closed so it took a while to know how we were supposed to check in but got that finally straightened out. From desk personel when open were very friendly and helpful. There was no recycling bin in the suite which would be nice as they ask you to please recycle

Really great location

Great location for beach and shopping centre. Felt a bit hassled by staff when we had late check in due to long drive, could have just said they’d leave a key instead of asking us to call/email office etc.

Nicely located property close to the broadbeach centre. Resort is on the smallish side but has all the amenities for a pleasant stay. Staff were courteous and helpful. Resort is slightly dated but very clean.and the Lifts are super fast compared to spme resorts. I would recommend this resort and would stay again.

Not a bad place for the price

Great location with surface transportation a very short walk away. Close to the beach and restaurants. Exceeded our expectations
