Good for budget stay, comparatively clean and tidy place with just enough facilities. Great location being next to The Star and The Pacific Fair.

위치의 접근성, 객실 모두 좋았어요. 앞으로 가면 퍼시픽페어라는 큰 쇼핑센터, 옆으로가면 서핑할수있는 바닷가가 있어서 제대로 휴가를 즐겼습니다. ㅌ

All of the above. Arrived early and because the room was ready, reception allowed an early check in. Which I really appreciated. Place was lovely and clean with a washer and dryer to clean my clothes. Everything went smoothly with my booking through Expedia, no flaws whatsoever. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will highly recommend to others and would love to visit the Resort again in the future. 10/10 stay :)

Staff were excellent, room had everything I needed. Shopping close by, beach close by, easy walking even to connect with tours. Tram was across the street to get anywhere along the coast there, even to Brisbane. I was told fares are only .50cents, including all the way to Brisbane, did not comfirm it, but information was given to me by a reliable source.

Room was very clean and staff were very polite and helpful. Great value and service!

Clean, comfortable, location, friendly staff.

The rooms were fine but need some updates as the room we were in had very scratched table, bathroom needs updating especially as the toilet is in the bathroom. Not good for multiple people. The stove top had a patch up job.

All good went there to relax and take it easy

First of all we would def return to Neptune .. the only negative was no hand rail or anything to steady oneself in the shower ..( Im on a walker ) and felt with a tile floor , which soon gets slippery ,this was a necessity...also nxt time we would request an apartment at the rear if the building, maybe less road noise ??? Over a we enjoyed our stay ...

A great place to stay. We stayed in a quality apartment that had everything we needed. Great pool, spa, gym at resort. Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, trams and buses. Highly recommended.

Very conveniently located for beach, shopping and dining options. Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach, diagonally across from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and surrounded by food/ dining options, including Toms downstairs which was great for breakfast/ lunch and coffee. Staff friendly and helpful, free secure parking and the building itself felt safe, I would stay here again.
