Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour

I've stayed here numerous times. Location is perfect. Great balconies either quay or gardens views. Spacious lounge area. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine so perfect for longer stays. Excellent bar and restaurant for breakfast on site, usable gym. Staff friendly and efficient. Rarely the cheapest but book early and its not too bad.

Excellent location and fantastic apartment space which was roomy and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, pool was lovely after a day of exploring. Only reason didn't go for 5 stars was the room was a little worn and tired.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment was large and very well equipped, the staff were great and the views were spectacular. Our only issue was the temperature in the shower was impossible to regulate which became a bit dangerous for my elderly mother as the water would suddenly run extremely hot, but honestly we saw past it due to everything else being perfect. We will definitely be back.

Amazing location and view

What worked: Great location with nice large rooms (bay view suite). What didn’t work: issues throughout 10 day stay with regulating water (temp variation from hot to cold in showers,) inconsistent housekeeping, low quality food with limited choices, below average service and major billing issues at checkout (which the hotel corrected). Overall: At US$500/night and advertised as a 4/5 star hotel one has expectations as to the experience - Pullman has work to do to improve

Superb location. Staff were excellent and the room spacious and comfortable

The hotel was lovely and the location was fabulous! I had a harbor view 1 bedroom for 4 nights. After traveling for 2 weeks I planned to do laundry but discovered the dryer in the unit was broken. They were kind enough to give me access to a dryer in a vacant room, which was nice of them. The biggest problem for the four night stay was the shower, specifically rapid and extreme changes in temperature. It would go from warm to scalding hot or ice cold without warning. It was dangerous! I mentioned it to the front desk in person and was told it was a hotel wide problem and maintenance was working on it. It never improved and when I checked out I emphasized again how treacherous it was and they just shrugged it off. Not sure I would stay there again.

Fantastic. Location was ideal. Room beautiful and staff welcoming. Great in house restaurant options. Room was quiet despite location.

This place is in an amazing location and despite the outside noise, inside the rooms is very quiet.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for the price. We would stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Convenient to Opera House and harbor ferries. Large suites good for longer stays.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff decorated our bed with rose petals for our 30th wedding anniversary! The staff also left a welcome card with treats for our Anniversary. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we return to Sydney. The deluxe room with view of harbor was outstanding.

Fantastic location and service

The location is amazing. The ferry terminal is right outside the hotel. It’s an easy walk to the Rocks, the Opera House, and the Botanical Gardens are across the street. We had a balcony and it was great to watch the boats and see the harbor. The only issue was the showers. The water went from freezing to really hot intermittently. The staff was aware and trying to fix it.
