Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour

游泳池金屬有破,小孩被割到留血,整個皮掀起來,但是飯店都沒有主動幫忙...

我最爱的悉尼美景酒店时公寓，和朋友过生日聚会，非常美好的夜晚。

很棒的飯店，一定會再次入住。 缺點是入住時發現馬桶下面有汙漬，其他都沒問題，非常好。

毗邻悉尼歌剧院，从房间就能欣赏到这些经典。宾馆楼层不高，但高端大气，房价有些贵，但值得。我们住的是海景套房。晚上熙熙攘攘的人群，在歌剧院的衬托下，闪耀着迷人的咖啡情调。离市内也很方便。

可能設備老舊，電梯等很久。房內的設施也不如新建的飯店，軟設施倒是不錯，服務人員很好！房內有張沙發床，白天都無法當正常沙發使用，很可惜。

位置非常好, 海景可望到悉尼港口大橋, 又鄰近悉尼歌劇院。

The hospitality was top-notch and the room was clean and well situated for comfort in each room.

Great location for sightseeing in the city & catching the ferry. Staff were great, really polite and helpful.

Room was amazing, a small apartment with full kitchen and separate lounge and dining room. Restaurant is excellent. Service was not at the same level. Staff difficult to contact and our room was not cleaned one day due to briefly leaving the do not disturb tag on the door. Pool feels neglected. But the location is almost unbeatable, walk right out onto the quay.

Perfect location

Liegt mega toll direkt im Hafen 3 min vom Opernhaus entfernt. Ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Auskünfte waren leider zum Teil nicht richtig. Frühstück gut.

Spacious sitting room with separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, a balcony overlooking the Botanical Gardens and the location is fabulous - direct access to Circular Quay. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends.

Sydney Opera House - 5 mins walk. Near wharf, restaurants and shops. Excellent location.

Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops nearby. Excellent views of the harbour, great to have a balcony to enjoy the view and people watching in the area

Great room, we had a one bedroom. Very spacious and kitchen well appointed if you wanted to self cater. Check in was a hour late but they gave us vouchers for a drink whilst we waited. Overall facilities of the hotel very average for a hotel at this level. Breakfast was beyond basic - just a choice of a main dish (eg eggs Benedict) with one side and one drink. Very disappointing to stay at such a high class hotel and not enjoy a proper buffet or more interesting choices. Took away from the overall stay.

Good room and very tidy

Room was very nice with great view.

A few things not ideal when paying 5 star prices- An option to “go green” which is simply a way for them to get out of housekeeping, if they were serious about offering to “go green” to reduce housekeeping then this should be an offer when booking and should come with a discount. Not offering seperate soap, shampoo and conditioner but instead offering Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel from refillable containers feels like a 3 star offering not an offering from a hotel charging 5 star prices. And only having a rain shower with no seperate hand held washing device is far from suitable for women who don’t wish to wet their hair and children who cannot reach. Last but not least overcharging by several thousand dollars, yes a simple error but still one that should have never occured.

Hotel was absolutely beautiful, amazing views, modern, clean, friendly staff and so conveniently located in the heart of circular quay. Worth every cent and I would stay again
