뷰와 위치가 아주 좋아요 시설은 약간 오래되었지만 깔끔합니다 담에도 또 머물고싶네요!

주방이 있어 짓접 간단한 조리가 가능한 아파트먼트 느낌의 호텔. 청결도가 매우 떨어짐. 화장실 변기 청소가 불량했고 거실 의자 맡에 음식물이 떨어져 았었음. 안락한 느낌이 떨어지며 다만 오페라하우스가 가깝고 하버브릿지 전망이라는 것만 만족.

가족단위 여행객(특히 아이들) 경우 매우 추천할만함, 하루 커피 캡슐도 6개에 세탁기, 식기세척기,(세제 포함), 식기, 남비, 포크까지...음식 해먹기도 쉽고, 보타닉 가든뷰도 정말 멋짐

시드니 오페라 하우스 바로 옆이라 위치가 가장 좋았습니다. 또한 Circular Quay 옆이라 Ferry 를 이용하면 시드니 외곽 지역을 둘러보기도 편했고요. 호텔에서 보이는 바다 나 가든 전망 모두 좋았습니다.

Great location and harbor view.Breakfast was excellent. Checking and checkout was easy and fast. Will stay again definitely.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location to ferries, restaurants and other attractions. I would put it up against any high end hotel

Room clean and really nice but air conditioner was not working. Was promised a portable cooler but that never happened. Ended up very hot and stuffy. Considering what we paid that was a bit disappointing. Staff nice breakfast great.

Fantastic location very near the Opera House, the ferries, the Rocks, etc. Spacious room with a kitchenette and beautiful balcony overlooking the Harbor Bridge. Breakfast was excellent. And the staff at reception and the restaurant were very friendly.

For the price this hotel underwhelms in every way. In room phone not working and was unable to order in-room dining at 8pm after a long day of travelling. Had to go to the reception desk and give my order in person. One item was completely forgotten. Bathroom needs updating, spa bath cracked and stained. Shower door wouldn't close properly causing water to spill outside of the shower. Twice when I stood at the reception desk to make an enquiry I was attended to very slowly despite no other guests being present the staff was scrolling on his phone. When I enquired about the possibility of paying for a late check out I was "yeah not gonna happen" as the hotel was fully booked. Not being able to do a late check out didn't bother me but the way I was told it wasn't possible was unprofessional and rude. Would not stay here again.

Quick check in and out. Room was perfect, clean, soft carpet, pillows not too soft not too hard, Circular Quay view fantastic. Washer, dryer, kitchen, added bonus although we didn’t use.

Staff were incredibly welcoming, room very well appointed and surprisingly quiet given the central location

The room was very clean and had wonderful views of the harbour. Our first room had some issues where there was no iron/iron board, the AC was broken and the bathtub was leaking. We had to switch rooms and after that, we had a wonderful stay.

Amazing location overlooking the park and very close to the ferries, cruise dock and opera house. Huge apartment style room.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We travel with out 6 year old. The hotel organised a reliable babysitter when we need one. Our kiddy enjoyed the pool and the spacious room. We have free breakfast, which is of high quality with beautiful Sydney harbour view. Recommend to all families !

Wonderful view of the Quay and Bay Bridge. Though we only stayed for 3 nights, the suite was amble for longer stays. Loved the little balcony that overlook the area for people watching. A little noise from the boats docking and/or leaving, but get used to it by day 3. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you’re staying in the area, highly recommend the Pullman Grand Quay.

This was our 2nd stay at this location. You can't beat it! So perfectly located in Circular Quay with amazing harbor views. The rooms are spacious with great amenities. We will be back!
