Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. The underground parking entrance is located on the South side of Gerrard street between Yonge St and Bay St. The hotel underground parking garage has a maximum height restriction of 5 feet, 6 inches in certain areas and cannot accommodate oversized passenger vehicles. This hotel will enact the following policy for stay dates during Caribana Toronto and New Year's Eve: Each guest must register with the hotel and receive a wristband; no more than 3 wristbands per room. A wristband is required for room access after 9 PM.
