The room is a little bit old but very clean and spacious. We upgraded our room so we can get a perfect view of the city of Toronto. Location is very near to almost everything. All the staff there are very kind and friendly. We really enjoy our stay there.

I can't sleep, very noisy from the street. You can hear everything. Even your neighbour talking you can hear them. My neighbour slap the door, I can also hear them. I even smell someone smoking and mariyuana. I have calling the reception desk but she told me that she is not sure can do anything, what ?? really ????? I am very concern about this hotel security, everybody can use the elevator up to our room, without key access. Very low security, not safe at all.
