I love the Chelsea hotel for many reasons, the location is close to places to eat, shop and transit ttc( streetcar or subway on college street). The staff are welcoming, attentive and friendly it's one of the best hotels in the city, beds are comfortable .I got a room upgrade which gave me an nessspresso machine which I used regularly. Thank you Chelsea hotel for making my stay choices easier ken Vanderzwàag

Check in was easy, room was clean! We were just staying for a concert nearby so we didn’t get to use any of the amenities. The doors on one side of the property were locked when we were returning and we ended up having to walk around the whole hotel to get in. They should allow key card access after hours if they are going to do that.

Check in was a bit disconnected however once we finally got our room, we had an enjoyable stay. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hotel amenities were clean, spacious, and nice, with excellent restaurants. I would stay here again.
