I love the Chelsea hotel for many reasons, the location is close to places to eat, shop and transit ttc( streetcar or subway on college street). The staff are welcoming, attentive and friendly it's one of the best hotels in the city, beds are comfortable .I got a room upgrade which gave me an nessspresso machine which I used regularly. Thank you Chelsea hotel for making my stay choices easier ken Vanderzwàag

Other than police sirens keeping us awake all night it was a great hotel not sure what the issue was but there were 8 police cruisers at the hotel in the morning. Friendly staff clean rooms excellent food great location.

The room wasn’t as clean as you’d expect it to be. The tub had black hairs, a stain on the couch that looked like blood, and all around just felt it could have been nicer/more tidy. Pool was super cold. The faucets were opposite, if turned all the way to cold it was scalding and then vice versa.
