Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. The underground parking entrance is located on the South side of Gerrard street between Yonge St and Bay St. The hotel underground parking garage has a maximum height restriction of 5 feet, 6 inches in certain areas and cannot accommodate oversized passenger vehicles. The Family Fun Zone on the 2nd floor, including the swimming pool and waterslide, Teen Lounge, Kid Center, saunas, and self-service laundry facilities, is closed for renovations until the end of January 2026. During this time, the Kid Centre has been relocated to the Club Lounge (27th floor), available Sunday-Thursday from 9 AM-5 PM, and Friday-Saturday from 9 AM-9 PM (closed daily from noon to 1 PM). The pool on the 27th floor is open to all guests from 6 AM-11 PM. This hotel will enact the following policy for stay dates during Caribana Toronto and New Year's Eve: Each guest must register with the hotel and receive a wristband; no more than 3 wristbands per room. A wristband is required for room access after 9 PM.

The property will be renovating from October 12 2025 to January 31 2026 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:

• Sauna

Guests will have access to the following alternate facilities during the renovation:
