The room was comfortable and clean. Always my go to hotel when there’s a concert at Scotiabank Arena. Perfect as it’s close to transit and in walking distance of the Eaton Center. The staff always make us feel welcome!

The room and amenities are outdated. The heating system runs all night and makes constant noise, which made it difficult to sleep. The temperature is uneven, with it being much colder near the floor and warmer near the ceiling, causing discomfort. On a positive note, the staff are very friendly and the service is good
