Would not normally comment but on getting to my room at 7:30pm only to find that the room was not made up or cleaned.

Central location with lots of amenities within walking distance. We walked to the ROM, Yonge and Dundas, other destinations. Lots of restaurants and shopping very close. Rooms weren't anything particularly special but were modern enough and clean. Well worth the value for tourists based simply on location for.

The left faucet in our bathroom leaked, the towel rack was broken and barely hanging on, girlfriend wanted to have a bath but the tub plug was broken and therefore wouldn't allow for filling of tub. Maintenance was told, they asked if we were going out at all later so they could fix it, I said we were,and gave them a time, came back 7 hrs later and nothing was fixed. Too many addicts roaming the area at night, often right near hotel entrance. No compensation for such mechanical issues, asked if we paid for parking, but we didnt drive, if we had they likely would have comped that for us, but booked thru expedia so no compensation was given.

Great place to stay, just unfortunate you can't adjust the AC to be colder. Other than that, great all around!

Convenient place to stay in Downtown Toronto Area. The Parking is terrifying, very stiff. The facilities are run down. The public pool is better than their indoor pool. Easter activity for kids is like naaaahhh. The playroom, again is better than most daycare / school playrooms. Respectful and nice staff specially the housekeeping. Decent room to stay.

Teh staff was great right from the start. We needed some extra towels, and we received them very quickly. The room was a bit small but clean and affordable. We had drinks in the bar, it was relaxing, and prices were fair. The not-so-free continental breakfast, we skipped, 25 dollars a person was better spent at any number of nearby breakfast spots. The location is great for getting around Toronto, 30 mins or less walking distance for most attractions. We will stay again next time we visit.

Overall ok Couple bad things tho Was initially given a room key to an already taken room and the key worked ! Couldn't buy water anywhere after hours Tried 3 different vending machines!

Hotel is really getting run down. No guest toiletries in rooms anymore and the guest microwave is a dirty staff cheap microwave in the broom closet that needs a staff member to give you access. Never going back again after these recent 3 trips. 3 strikes you're out in my books

The restaurants in and around the hotel provide a great deal of choice for all meals. The gym is well equipped with a good amound of cardio machines and one of each of the most popular weight machines but the freeweight room is only large enough for 3 people at a time. Overall, very good experience.

When I arrived, the room was not clean, they gave me a key and I walked into a room that had garbage everywhere and the beds were all slept in. I went to front desk, and they offered me a clean room if I paid another $200. Now to top it off, I have even more charges to my credit card I’m not even sure for what yet.. waiting for invoice. Worst hotel experience ever. Never going back
