Everything is excellent, the air conditioner is a little noisy.

I asked the relevant department for two more pillows, but they never arrived. I called again 40 minutes later, but no one answered. Also, the noise from upstairs was too loud and the soundproofing

the hotel is old. well maintain but very outdated. room was small for that price.

Overall, it is good. There is a children's club, 2 swimming pools, and a game room that is more friendly to children. The environment is good and it is convenient to travel. The only dissatisfaction is the lack of multilingual service personnel. Check-in is a little difficult.

Part of the problem was that I wasn't aware that it would be March break in Ontario when I booked this hotel, so that was my fault. Usually the breaks don't match up to where we are coming from. But the hotel was BANANAS. My kids were really looking forward to the pool/waterslide but during the 2 nights we stayed, we were only able to sign into the pool for 50 mins (at 10pm!) once and it was so crowded that it wasn't enjoyable. The hot tub was full of toddlers (like 8-10 at a time) even at that late hour. The room was a decent size and clean enough, but the cold water tap in the bathroom didn't work, the kettle didn't work, the shower was extremely difficult to control (to the point of scorching) and the balcony (inaccessible) was COVERED in cigarette butts. It was truly disappointing. There weren't enough pillows for all 4 of us. I feel like (possibly) some of the room have been renovated recently and we may have been sent to the old, unrenovated part that isn't used unless the hotel is very full? I'm not really sure, but I would say that if you are looking for a hotel in this price range and neighbourhood, go stay at the Holiday Inn next to Maple Leaf Gardens, it has a better pool anyway (no waterslide, though.)

Clean room, comfy bed, great facilities, excellent server in the restaurant.

Great spot. Very central location to downtown. Also good if you need to stay for the hospitals. Its an 8 min walk to most of them. Properly was a bit dated. But well kept and very clean non the less. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Rooms had double beds. Wished they were queen. Very quiet on our floor despite it being spring break. Lots of activities for families and kids. Had to block time at the pool. Exercise room was just a bunch of machines inside a conference room.

Staff were friendly and helpful, Room was clean and tidy, both pool facilities were great, pet friendly.

Everyone was on the ball this weekend! Staff was attentive from check in to checkout - room (1543) was quiet and clean. My wife and I use the Chelsea for business, medical appts and pleasure over the years and you are reliable and worry free - thank you.

Floors were as clean, crumbs, candy were still under things like Thebes side tables. The bathroom fixture for holding dryer was non existence and I my a sliver exposed mount was showing. They need to do a better job cleaning the floor around the 2nd floor pool as it accumulates stuff fast. Continuous squeegee.

The contactless check in and out were very convenient, I was able to check in/out in less than a minute. The pools and water slide are very cool. Great location, steps away from TMU station and the Eaton Centre. Very clean room. The red elevators were quite slow, but it was also very busy in the hotel due to March break and two conventions in Toronto so can’t complain too much. I can’t speak for the other coloured elevators. Would come back!

Great location. Second time staying at this hotel and I would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, friendly staff, close to everything downtown, many activities for kids.

Loved the location. 2nd time staying here, this time specifically for the adult-only pool because we wanted a more quiet swimming experience and a break from a job that involves screaming kids. We were disappointed that the adult-only pool allowed kids until 9pm. Normally wouldn't care, however it was not relaxing as advertised.
