The staff at the Hilton is excellent and caring. Five stars for attitude and helpfulness. The location is a few short blocks from Midtown Plaza (great shopping) and many eclectic stores in the area. There are a ton of good restaurants! All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Really. Ice hotel. Great staff, comfy rooms. Pool and gym were undergoing maintenance- but we knew this and had not planned to use them on this short stay anyway. Great location, extremely convenient parking. Great place to stay in Saskatoon.

Room was clean,this is a very tired hotel in the lobby area, out front the side walks were messy with debris not swept, felt very run down, the breakfast was not complimentary it was 20.00 each for the same stuff we could get a breakfast included hotel. Was not worth it at all.

This hotel is not what you would expect from Hilton . Pillows and bedding were in poor condition . Sketchy location they should have security . I did complain about our room such as poor pillow quality crying baby in the adjoining room blaring tv. They did bring new pillows but we had already been at Costco getting our own. They made sure no one was in the next room to us for the rest of the stay.. the property outside is dirty. Furniture in the lobby was stained etc, breakfast was what you’d get a free hotel except they wanted you to pay 20.00. Pool was broken except they never disclosed that at booking time .,.

The hotel was clean and quiet. But the pool and gym were unusable/broken, the coffee machine in the room - broken, the phone kept ringing for wake up calls I didn’t set - including at 3am. Breakfast - not free. Parking - not free or reduced I understand that information was noted in the booking but coffee and toast would be nice.

It's a bit austere. The second floor pool, gym and patio are not open. It was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient. I was quiet with the occassional noise in the hall from others.

Not too bad. Clean quiet room. Shower leaked water on bathroom floor. Wifi on the top floor sucked. Friendly staff. Meal was great in the restaurant (short rib) and friendly cute bartender.

Great location for a concert at TCU and a little shopping, 3 blocks away from the river path for a nice morning run. Room is recently renovated. Only complaint is the empty water container that was full of the same shrivelled orange pieces at the bottom and no water for 2 days. Not every hotel offers this but worse than NOT having it is the poor presentation and care of leaving it in this state. As a business owner I think they should know it’s the only thing I didn’t care for.

Our room was loud, we were in 401 right beside the elevator, non stop people all night yelling around. The room next to us was loud all night, walls are paper thin, can hear everything.

Suite was newly renovated and so had issues - bathroom fan didn't work, no towel racks in one of the bathrooms, only one tiny closet to hang clothes. However, the food was excellent, and the location, right downtown, is great.
