Hilton Garden Inn Saskatoon Downtown

Pool and fitness room closed which was a disappointment because there were younger children in our group. Rooms were clean. In our suite one of the bathroom sinks had no hot water. Very convenient location. Breakfast was decent with fresh fruit and a variety of healthier choices. Friendly helpful staff.

Very modern and clean rooms, lovely large lobby, plenty of parking. The Gym and pool were not available due to maintenance but I traveled in June and they had been unavailable since March. Seems lengthy I was also surprised there was no coffee station in the lobby which was spacious and had tons of seating but no beverages available. None of the above is a big deal. Again just a seemed odd for such a nice modern hotel.

Not the best area to be in, hotel did not have an operational gym or swimming pool. Poor parking

Stayed 2 nights andnever saw any cleaners once. Towels were thrown outside peoples doorways, dirty diapers in the hall. I won't return.

The coffee maker did not work. The property does not use guest keys to enter the elevators. As a result there are multiple people going up to rooms in the middle of the night specifically at 2, 3, and 4 AM, and they are not guests. They yell and scream in the hall and disturb guests. I expect that hookers were going up to the rooms or hookers were inviting men up to the rooms. I would not have expected this from the Hilton. Most other hotels use room keys in the elevators to ensure only guests can go up to the rooms. Also the pool and exercise rooms were closed and would be closed for a three months. The snack area was not open and had not been used in months. The bar and restaurant did not look like it was used much…maybe the food was not good? We never received a breakfast in the morning. Overall it is a poor hotel to stay at and we will never stay there again.

The room was recently updated, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were fabulous! Would definitely stay here again!

Extremely disappointed I was not told the pool was closed. I only found out when I was there and saw the signs! Forced to stay here without a pool was tough with little ones

Let's start with the room. The ac was noisy. The bed sheets had hairs in them. The shower had luke warm water at best. Even though we had 3 people staying in the room there were only 2 sets of towels. How about the service. We stayed 2 nights, and the room was not cleaned during our stay. On the first night, I called the front desk to bring up some coffee cups to our room, there were none when we got there. We waited 30 minutes, and no one brought them up. So I went down to the front desk to get them myself. There were 2 staff just sitting there, not looking very busy. Although they did supply me with what I needed when I went to the desk, I'm not sure why they couldn't bring them up. How about the amenities and overall condition of the hotel. Both the pool and gym were out of service during our entire stay. And 1 of the elevators were out of service too.

The entrance was lovely,Our room was spacious,very clean and newly renovated.We enjoyed our stay but the 2cd floor was being renovated including the pool.That was the only disappointment not being able to swim.

stairwells were filthy, pool closed with no warning. and fire alarm went off at 10pm causing us and everyone else to come down we were on the 10th floor.. only to be told it was a false alarm after waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes.

My car window was broken overnight and they didn't tell me while chekcign about parking car in secure place. No camera footage oroovded as they said police will get later. I did report the police n I have seen another car window too broken. Not a safe place, I had to cancel ky my trip and put plastic and tape on the window n drive back home city in very slow speed. The manager provided the tape n garbage bag to put into window, but I had to do all myself and also clean the shattered glass from mu car my self(they gave vacuum though)

Terrible parking system, added an extra $66 to my stay. I paid for a King room, got a 2 queen instead. TV stopped working, had to call maintenance to fix. Housekeeping came at 8am trying to clean our room, well before we checked out. No breakfast. Close to midtown mall, that was the only plus. Will not stay here again.
