Good room for the money

The room wasn’t very clean, there were used contact lenses on the bedframe. Check in took a very long time, no one was at the counter and a lineup formed. When we checked in, we weren’t given our breakfast voucher either so we had to request it in the morning.

The room was a nice size and clean. Was a really nice hotel and good was great in the restaurant

Underground parking was a lie. We could not access it when we returned from our evening out even though I asked ahead of time about it. To pay $17 for above ground in a sketchy neighbourhood sucks. Pool area was dingy and dirty. No hot water in the room for showers. Creamer was curdled for the coffee. Generally, a run down hotel. Very overpriced for what it was.

Great room, friendly staff.

Upscale spotless room with beautiful clean furnishings and comfortable bed. Very quiet too which is what we asked for. The pool was spotlessly clean and bright and water temperature was sooo beautiful and warm. No pool towels when we arrived at the pool but after a quick phone call to the front desk, the problem was resolved. It is obvious that this hotel takes environmental awareness seriously. Blue bins in the room and refillable bathroom soap dispensers (the shower gel bottle was empty however but we used shampoo to fill in). Great price for this room too. All in all a lovely stay. Thank you.

Quiet comfy

Kindly ensure proper charging. Incidence of wrong charges on our first experience stay.

The room was clean but the bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. Very noisy, even after quiet time hours.

Hotel was ok. Communication with staff regarding underground parking was horrible. Underground parking is NOT connected to hotel, which is fine. But when it's -43 windchill and you have to haul suitcases, would have been a nice heads up to have as we were leaving the front reception and we had already asked a few questions about parking. There is no signage in the underground parking where the hotel is or where to exit to get to the hotel. Just street names. We did have to call to find out which area to park in and how to leave the underground by walking to get to the hotel. Also underground parking door does lock. Would have been nice to know the times when they open and lock the door instead of walking back and forth outside to get a code to get our vehicle out. Parking lot is not monitored by hotel, but hotel staff know enough about the parking to pass that information on to guests. Highly recommend passing that information to your hotel guests at check-in next time!

No hot water ice cold showers

Staff was great. My night table had stains on it from a cup. The hot tub is smaller than a bath tub. Convenient spot for the mall.

Room was not ready. Went to my room and bed was slept in. Had to switch rooms. Had to pay $23 for a cup of yogurt and eggs! Was under the impression breakfast was included. Reception was rude and short! Never staying here again!

I understand the hotel was under renovations but it has been for a long time now. The room seemed rushed when it was renovated with soap dispensers coming out of the wall, toilet paper holders not attached right and the wall paper having bubbles and not being finished in some places. The breakfast buffet for $22 was only a little better than a continental breakfast with only the basic breakfast items it didn't seem worth the price. Room service ending by 930 seemed odd for a hotel charging $120 a night. The hotel was quiet which is good. Overall it wasn't the best experience for a Hilton property and I will probably not stay again
