My room’s shower was incredible. It was ergonomically designed, with grab bars strategically placed and a footrest for added comfort. The water temperature and pressure were perfect. The room was very clean, complete with a blackout blind for sleeping late. The elevators were quick, and the staff was both helpful and professional. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

Sitting area under reno (was not advised at time of booking, no lounge or restaurant later evening. Room was excellent, staff did their job at desk but not overly engaged (other staff or ? present behind counter...visiting?). Parking access and security appears poor (problem area), not a safe evening area for walking. No snacks or beverage options late eve (when we arrived), got 2 bottles water, insufficient to use for drinking in eve/morning and for coffee in room. Beds/bedding excellent, showers small but great (hot water not overly hot...due to upper floor is assumed). TV was ok, good size screen, channel selection ok but not excellent. Overall, had there not been construction it was about a 70 out of 100. (sitting area FILTHY and unsightly).

The room was clean and well maintained. A/C worked well. Channel selections were limited. Bed was a bit saggy. But overall the room itself was nice. The common areas of the hotel were not nice. The front entrance had garbage around and glass looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. A quick swept of the front area, maybe even a pressure wash would be nice. The seating in the front area were also filthy and stained. Eat breakfast elsewhere.

Service was great. Had a wonderful stay at this property.

The staff at the Hilton is excellent and caring. Five stars for attitude and helpfulness. The location is a few short blocks from Midtown Plaza (great shopping) and many eclectic stores in the area. There are a ton of good restaurants! All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Room was clean,this is a very tired hotel in the lobby area, out front the side walks were messy with debris not swept, felt very run down, the breakfast was not complimentary it was 20.00 each for the same stuff we could get a breakfast included hotel. Was not worth it at all.

Property was dirty, very poorly maintained. Empty pizza boxes sat in our hallway for entire time. Not what I expected from a Hilton

This hotel is not what you would expect from Hilton . Pillows and bedding were in poor condition . Sketchy location they should have security . I did complain about our room such as poor pillow quality crying baby in the adjoining room blaring tv. They did bring new pillows but we had already been at Costco getting our own. They made sure no one was in the next room to us for the rest of the stay.. the property outside is dirty. Furniture in the lobby was stained etc, breakfast was what you’d get a free hotel except they wanted you to pay 20.00. Pool was broken except they never disclosed that at booking time .,.

Both ACs were broken in my suite. Staff were very prompt to fix the issue as soon as possible.

The hotel was clean and quiet. But the pool and gym were unusable/broken, the coffee machine in the room - broken, the phone kept ringing for wake up calls I didn’t set - including at 3am. Breakfast - not free. Parking - not free or reduced I understand that information was noted in the booking but coffee and toast would be nice.

It's a bit austere. The second floor pool, gym and patio are not open. It was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient. I was quiet with the occassional noise in the hall from others.

Excellent staff and very clean room.

Not too bad. Clean quiet room. Shower leaked water on bathroom floor. Wifi on the top floor sucked. Friendly staff. Meal was great in the restaurant (short rib) and friendly cute bartender.

A sure bet for friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent hospitality.
