Clean room and staff

Room was clean tidy and well apointed. Bathroom shower had good presure and nice toiletries.

The hotel was very nice . A lovely welcome with the staff . The room was perfect , spotless and everything you needed for the stay in the room . The Resteruant was lovely the food was exceptional in the evening and fantastic breakfast the following morning . The hotel was outside and inside very clean , the grounds are very pretty .

Lovely upgraded room as was special birthday celebration. Room was spotless, staff very friendly and welcoming. Can't fault the breakfast. Everything was just as I wanted it. Highly recommend and will certainly stay again.

Beautiful spacious room with modern & tasteful furnishings. Everything was spotless! We had a very pleasant evening meal in the restaurant, where the service was excellent. The receptionists were very heloful and friendly. We were so impressed that we have booked another stay!

Very friendly and helpful staff on arrival and in the restaurant. Room lovely and clean with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Shower was lovely! This was our second visit - definitely come back again.

It sounded like there was a drill going on throughout the evening at different points. Never had a problem here before but a disrupted night sleep this time. We may consider a different option next time. Thanks

This is a lovely place to stay, the only minor niggle was the wifi signal was weak. The spa is the best spa I have ever been to and I am keen to return.

Hotel room excellent except no shower gel or shampoo in the shower/bath. Both dispensers empty. Also bathroom fan not working. Only stayed one night so not worth complaining. Controls for the air conditioning could have been clearer. Without a torch they were difficult to see so perhaps better lighting. Bed very comfortable and a fridge was an unexpected bonus. Breakfast wasn't the best, both fried eggs and scrambled eggs were cold and unappetising. Limited pastry selection compared to other hotels I have stayed at. Other breakfast items of a good standard. All hotel staff very efficient and friendly, especially the lady on reception who lives or lived in Penrhyn Bay who realised I wasn't used to staying in an hotel and made me feel very welcome. Thank you.
