Very comfortable room and bed. Nice to have a couch sitting area.very nice pillows! Excellent temperature control and very quiet. Walking distance to many places. Pretty good breakfast included. I like this hotel!

Great location, walking distance to train station, hotel did not have a lobby, and they have a late check in, We arrived early during breakfast time and were not welcomed to stay. We sat down to rest and were told the chairs were for guests . We have been traveling around the world and have never encountered such a situation . We were tired and could not stay during their breakfast time .

Ok then - we decided to upgrade our experience to a Premium room with king bed, on arrival noticed that room size was not same as advertised (a lot smaller). When we queried with reception- to be informed that as booking was through a 3rd party it didn’t qualify for a proper premium room, these rooms were for guests who pay Hilton rates☹️☹️☹️☹️. Lesson learnt

The biggest let down with this property is the extortionate price of the car park that is recommended on their website just down the road at Southgate Car Park…….almost £30 for 24 hours!!!! Would definitely put you off booking this hotel, even though the location is excellent!

Think this could be the best hotel in Bath not too expensive, walking distance to most places, clean very friendly staff. Yes I can recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed the experience. All staff we came into contact with were polite and friendly. Lily, who checked us in was just lovely, so helpful and polite. An asset to the Company. We enjoyed breakfast both mornings. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this hotel again

The hotel room (with sofa) looks larger on the photos, but it was quite comfy. We had a roof view of the next building, so it wasn't very impressive in that aspect. However, it was super central and the staff was extremely nice. We enjoyed our visit.

I am a very picky person when it comes to hotels. This one had it all. It was updated, clean, comfortable, and the staff was phenomenal. Location was ideal. We had 2 breakfasts and one late night dinner upon arrival. All were excellent. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking to spend time in Bath.

Upon arriving at the hotel, there was trash outside the front entry and it looked dirty, which was not very welcoming. Inside the staff was very welcoming and the room was clean, had tea and coffee in the room, and a shower bathroom. We were only in Bath for 1 day and the hotel was conveniently located (very walkable) to enjoy all the sights Bath had to offer. Other than the first impression, our stay was very good.

It made getting around effortless and enjoyable, allowing us to soak up the city’s beauty without needing transport. Overall, Hampton by Hilton Bath delivered comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. A brilliant choice for anyone wanting a clean, friendly, and perfectly located base to explore this stunning city.
