We visited Bath for a family wedding and had 3 rooms given one on 2nd 3rd and 4th floor . The king room on the 4th floor was most spacious but being 2 single beds pushed together ( common practice) it meant there was a huge bump down the middle ( i guess from the tucked in sheets )... it gave the experience of being in 2 beds as it made the centre uncomfortable and it sadly reduced the area to sleep..
Which was a shame as the staff the building the food all exceeded expectations for a city hotel stay ..

This was a great hotel situated in the heart of Bath city, very close to the Roman Baths. It took about 25 minutes of queing when we were checking in, but the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was a spacious room with all the amenties you'll need. Safe, fridge and well-functioning AC was a big plus. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of hot and cold food.

The check-in experience was horrible. Long queue as a consequence. We provide all our details in advance but during arrival we again have to fill in everything on paper. Twice as we had 2 rooms. Also we had to pay a deposit for the room in advance should we break anything. Don’t treat people as criminals pls.

Efficient check-in. Decent room (very clean) with well-designed interior. Free breakfast a real bonus and staff in the dining area very proficient in keeping the place clean. Front desk could be a little more welcoming when coming in/out. A ‘hello’ or ‘bye’ adds a lot.

Stayed for one summer night during a roadtrip with family and friends.
Overall good bang for the buck! Very convenient location, close to the train station and many of the sights.

The buffet breakfast had very good variety, although was a little busy whatever time we went.
Room was clean with everything that we needed and good air conditioning and the hotel is in a really good position for visiting all of the sightseeing spots in Bath
