A nice modern hotel in the centre of Bath. Close to the train station and to many shops and restaurants. A short walk to the Abbey, the pump room and the Baths. We were very impressed by the barman, Thomas, who was friendly and efficient and made us feel very welcome. We stayed for just over two weeks and could recommend this hotel.

The room exceeded expectations with a small built in sofa and table. Even though we had a first floor room there was no noise from outside. Would recommend.

This hotel needs to check messages of special requests. This hotel needs to have twin rooms with accessible bathrooms. People sometimes need both a twin room and accessible access to the bathroom. Staff were helpful and did their best in overcoming the challenges. Location was also good.

On the face of it the room was clean, however I dropped something which rolled under the bed and found sweet papers there. The small carpet could do with shampooing.

A nice modern hotel in the centre of Bath. Close to the train station and to many shops and restaurants. A short walk to the Abbey, the pump room and the Baths. We were very impressed by the barman, Thomas, who was friendly and efficient and made us feel very welcome. We stayed for just over two weeks and could recommend this hotel.
