Great location, rooms are fine, the only issue was a very long queue to check in, and with check-in time being 4pm which is quite late, everyone gets there at that time and apparently the queue is bad every day. It was still long at 5pm so not sure when you would need to check-in to avoid waiting 30-40 minutes in the queue

Spacious, comfortable room, first rate breakfast with top quality food. Staff always friendly, cheerful and helpful. The perfect hotel ideally situated in the centre of Bath and only five minutes walk from the train station.

Upon checking in was where the problems began 20 mins to check in with two different service advisors as they was trying to charge us an extra £100 on on booking as our room was taken out of service they wheee not telling us what was happening as had to ring reservations , massive queues upon arrival

Nice sized room for two people for 3 nights. Clean, modern, comfortable, very good bathroom, very good breakfast buffet. Well sited for historical ln marks, all within walking distance. The ground floor comprises the breakfast facilities & lobby as one. No proper restaurant as advertised, only a snack bar
