large bathroom with lovely walk-in shower. Good size room. Has safe and fridge. Near Roman baths and cathedral. Parking was a good 6 minutes+ walk as parking was not nearby. Bright and clean. Bed was comfortable

The hotel was very nice, good facilities and great breakfast, the only issue we had was the bed was too hard for us do did not sleep well.

Brilliant modern hotel near city centre. Great breakfast easy check-in & check-out. Only downside is that designated parking is a fair way away and quite expensive. Easiest way to unload bags is not immediately apparent, if you don't know about the Green Park Rd Parking lot, where registration is only by phone with a QR code. ... a bit of a tedious process.

Hotel was lovely and within walking distance of the town Staff were helpful and the foyer was welcoming and clean Didnt receive any housekeeping of the room whilst there though, however staff were happy to provide clean towels on request

Perfect location easy to get to all the attractions and also restaurants plus bars Excellent customer service, rooms and bathroom were clean and excellent shower. Only thing is room check in is not till 4 pm and early check out by 11am.

Welcoming staff, and easy to commute from station.

Location is great if you are there to visit the city centre

Then hotel is situated in a very good location, the room was modern and very clean with white crisp towels which is always a plus sign for me when staying at any hotel. The breakfast selection was very good , I would highly recommend staying here if your planning a visit to Bath and I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable bed, very good breakfast, excellent shower, very good TV, friendly staff. Uncomfortable breakfast seats, floor needed cleaning in room, staff kept taking my breakfast items when I got up for a drink.

We had a corner room on the third floor which had views down the pedestrian part of Avon Street and James Street, both bustling streets filled with people, restaurants and shops. We were in easy walking distance of many attractions, with many points of interest along the way. The room was airy and clean and breakfast was wonderful.

I had an unpleasant check-in experience. First, the receptionist couldn’t find my name in the booking system. Then, I was asked to pay a deposit, which I had never been required to do at any hotel in the UK before. To make matters worse, the deposit still hasn’t been refunded after a considerable amount of time.

I loved how close this hotel is to the city center. The staff was excellent!

It was my birthday and we stayed for 1 night. Our room was ready on arrival, which was a couple of hours earlier than their usual check-in time of 4pm, so we were able to leave our bag in our room and hang up clothes before exploring the town. We caught the park & ride from Odd Down car park and paid to park for 24hrs, and added another 3hrs. (We did have to pay for return tickets both days because they dont do singles)The drop off was only a few minutes walk to hotel, and all the other places we wanted to go (shops, Theatre and Thermae spa) The room was almost clean but the bathroom bin hadn't been emptied (still had the person before's waste in it) and the sink had toothpaste stuck to it. The bed was comfy but the pillows were very soft (2 was too many/high, but 1 was not enough). We collected a small jug of soya milk on our return before going out again in the evening, put it in the fridge in our room, but on making a cup of tea later it had all curdled, so my husband didn't get a cup of tea until we went for breakfast. Breakfast was ok. The usual hot and cold buffet. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The next day we were able to leave our bag to go off for the day and collect it later, which was really handy. For the price, I'm not sure it was worth it, there's a travel lodge right opposite, which probably was cheaper.
