Hampton by Hilton Bath City

Extremely warm welcome. We asked to leave our small bag prior to check-in time. This was efficiently and politely done. Actual check-in was straightforward. Room was well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Shower was excellent and very easy to use. Breakfast was buffet style and enjoyable.

Had a very comfortable stay in a well maintained hotel. Breakfast is the only thing that could be improved. More variety would be great! Maybe eggs cooked in different ways? Hotel was in a great location close to all activities. Ten minute walk to the train and bus terminals.

Lovely room for outlr recent stay. Such a shame the money off of parking in the local car park has been stopped.

I found all the staf were verry friendle and helpful tge room was verry nice the shower was verry good this is my second visit and will be back next year suppose the only downside was the breakfast as much as it was a full english not much choice for vegan

Having stayed in Bath three weeks earlier, I was disappointed at the cleanliness of our property and how small the bedroom was. The breakfast, however, was excellent. We, therefore, decided to try the Hilton. My son had stayed at the Double Tree three weeks prior and was very pleased. We went for the Hampton as it was closer to the station. On arrival, the reception team were first class. The room (424) was excellent. It was roomy and spotless. We enjoyed the rugby between Bath and Exeter. The breakfast on Sunday morning was lovely. So much choice and all good quality produce. We will not hesitate to return.

Lovely clean room with a fantastic shower. Very quiet. All the staff were approachable, friendly and helpful. We loved the inclusive buffet breakfast, there were plenty of places available to sit and eat at our leisure so it didn’t feel like a scrum. The complementary luggage storage on day of check-out was a godsend, as was the rack of rental brollies (first day in Bath was very rainy). Great first experience with Hampton By Hilton. Would 100% use again!

Nice staff, clean, great breakfast!

Hotel is in a great location, room was spacious, clean and had everything you need. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downfall was the breakfast, the quality of cooked breakfast poor and there was a limited variety of fruit, meat, cheeses available.

Hotel was wonderful very nice and warm welcome the staff are all very pleasant if your coming to bath then this is the hotel to stay at

Good breakfast buffet, nice staff, clean room

We had to stay here after the train route we booked was cancelled. The staff was amazing, very accommodating and empathetic to me, my wife, and our two boys. It was a stressful reason to need the hotel room, but the entire staff the night of June 13th made the experience so much better for us and we can't thank them enough!

Great location at a great price. Room was clean comfortable. Bathroom was modern and amenities were good too. Breakfast had good options

Great location, helpful staff, good breakfast. Hotel is well maintained and rooms are clean with good facilities. Not a great choice of drinks at the bar.

We’ve stayed here a few times and it’s been lovely however this time I found one of the staff very unhelpful and put us into a bit of a negative. We know some of the rules had changed and we hadn’t brought ID with us which was swiftly sorted we explained how we were part of the Hilton honours and were told it didn’t apply as we’d booked with another online company. That was fine but the man supporting us was being helpful yet the man stood next to him was making it rather not pleasant and being awkward including when we were surprised about breakfast times etc There wasn’t much information in the rooms like there was last time or instructions and our room was very cold. The other staff were really lovely and helpful still but as reoccurring customers we would have liked our stay a bit more positive than it had been previously … we said it put us off we wouldn’t want to stay again. Breakfast was plentiful but not as previously once was.
