Staff friendly and polite, room clean. Coupme of things wernt happy with, no a proper kingsize bed two singles put together so ridge down the middle, wifi cutting in and out. Caution if you want an executive room with a sofa in it as not all have these and you have to tell them tou want this before you go.

I stay often in Norwich and there are some really excellent hotel options. I stayed here because of the excellent reviews but it didn’t live up to the hype. The room was reasonable but a bit dated. But worse was the general grubbyness of the room. Net curtains where grey and stained and round the windows was positively dirty. I’ll stick to the other options in town. Disappointing…

2 nights room with breakfast. Rooms very tired. Furniture very basic. Mirrors no sensibly located for make up & hairsyling. Lighting dim. Very good staff and a positive atmosphere.
