I stay

They upgraded us to a fabulous suite but it was too big for us and we didn’t like it so they offered us a preferable smaller room with good grace and humour! Everyone was so lovely and helpful. Brilliant to have a private car park right in the middle of town. Didn’t try the restaurant but would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located in the centre of Norwich next to the cathedral, everything is in walking distance. Our suite was located on the top floor via a small spiral staircase, ok for us but anyone with mobility issues would find it difficult. Bed and bathroom were comfortable with everything that we needed. The breakfast was varied with a lot to choose from but things were running out towards the end of service one day. The bar area was nice and service was great. Overall no complaints.

Charming hotel in a central location. Lovely room (large bathroom!) and great breakfast choice.

The rooms and hotel were very clean . All the staff were polite and friendly. Didn't have breakfast or use bar. Large carpark and close to everything. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast is always good - allergies clearly marked with lots of gluten free options. Room comfortable, great shower, always a good night sleep.

Great central location, very friendly engaging team running the hotel. The building feels a little tired and quirky but that is part of its charm. Overall very good, recommended, but expensive.

Clean room, nice and quiet as requested. I booked an Executive double, which turned out to be a twin with two singles beds pushed together which I was not expecting, unfortunately this made the bed not all that comfortable as I kept waking in the night feeling slightly wedged in the gap that would form between the two mattress’s ! Therefore I had to try to make myself sleep on one side only, so effectively I had to sleep in a single bed in an executive double room, which I was not overly impressed about. Had I been made aware that this would be the case I would have booked a single room or standard double. Other than the bed issue, the Hotel itself is absolutely Beautiful and the staff very polite and helpful, I will definitely be back but won’t be paying for an executive room this time (lesson learned)
