The service is super duper, making you feel at home. All the staff are helpful without being asked, even overly sensitive. The rooms are among the top three "comfortable" hotels in Bandung. Family-friendly, great facilities, kids-friendly, and no tantrums at all. Hopefully, I'll bring my family here again soon.

The hotel is located in the city center, with lots of food stalls, a supermarket, and an Indomaret nearby. Easy access. Ample parking. It's an older hotel, but the maintenance is still good. The water tap was broken, but it was quickly fixed. It's great.

I had a truly memorable stay at the Aston Hotel; the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and peaceful environment for rest. In addition to the comprehensive amenities, the breakfast was exceptionally delicious, with a wide variety of Indonesian and international dishes, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
