The staff was very friendly, we got to enjoy riding the buggy from the garden to the lobby of the hotel which was very helpful especially for our grandmother. We tried the Pilates class in the gym as well, the instructor and staff was very friendly.

The shuttle to the KCIC Padalarang station was super helpful and saved me a lot of time. Special shoutout to the staff for being so friendly and welcoming. Everything was 10/10!
